Delicious home-made liqueur, with sweet Cantaloupe melon. Perfect after-dinner drink. Make it in summer, when melons are in season and enjoy it all year round.
Variants could also be made with lemons, pistachios etc.

Yummy, Im actually in the process now making it.. However after step 1, you say "see you in a weeks time. Then step 2 begins with you saying, "so, after 2 weeks".. My question is, is it 1 or 2 weeks ? Is there any harm in leaving it in longer than suggested ? Thank you

hi, i put Galia melon for 2 weeks in alcohol but the texture of mine melon has gone chew not like yours soft but rubber texture . it doesnt seem to mixed with alcohol..what do i do

You can use single cream, that would work too!

I use heavy whipping cream. Usually pay $2.00 for 32 oz.
