@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato It's very tasty, strong, but tasty. I have it in the freezer: it is very thick from the cream and milk freezing, making it hard to pour out of the bottle (which has a small opening). Should the cream version be kept in the freezer or just the refrigerator?

I would like to ask if any bottle would do for keeping it in the freezer. Is that were we store it if we could not consume everything? Or just inside the ref, after? How long does it last? Does it spoil? And does it freeze in the freezer or its like vodka? Thanks. I hope you could answer me on my questions. Thank you. I'm worried about the bottle breaking if I leave it in the freezer.

    • @Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato

Thanks a lot for the recipe. However, I ran into some problems too. When adding the milk mixture (not so cold) with the alcohol, the milk stared to get cheesy. I blended it and it looked almost fine, I also strained it. But after some minutes at room temperature, the milky part got separated (decanted). Is it normal? May be due to different concentration? Or I just need to shake it before putting into glasses?

There were 2 differences i made to your recipe:
    - i stored it in the fridge instead of freezer
    - i used vodka (same quantity as recipe) and not 95%
Which of these do you think has cause the drink to go off?

I let 1 dozen lemon peels steep in grain alcohol (everclear 190) for 30 days before straining and adding the syrup and it was a beautiful robust yellow. It may be that the alcohol is weaker (so it doesn't pull out the oils as well) and/or it didn't steep long enough.
