Great recipes. Thought I was celiac so leaned toward the protein source of tofu. As I learned to air fry it, I began to really enjoy it. A great food source, easy to fix in many ways but your UA-cam really compiled a great variety. Like your to the point demonstration, no "froufrou" talk. I even enjoyed your "jokes" but not sure that is good or bad for either one of us.. lol. Enjoyed it and subscribed!.

It happened to my channel, a few days ago the description was wiped out. The last week UA-cam sent a message that it was a system glitch and the description was restored.
Just a quick note; at about the 7:24 mark, after you've added the garlic, ginger and red chilies to the heated oil, you say to sauté for about a minute, but the words on the screen say to sauté for 45-60 *minutes*. 😳😬
Hi, thank you for the great feedback. You're right, it can get too thick if you add more. We usually adjust the cornstarch slurry as we cook and add as needed until we get the desired consistency.
Hi, thank you for the feedback. You're absolutely right, you can also pan fry with 1-2 tbsp oil and by turning the tofu to crisp up all sides. In the oven, we've baked the tofu at around 400 F on the higher rack.

The air fryer is a great tool, we just love it. Sometimes we do a big batch, and throw them in the freezer for a quick meal in the weekend

Hi, yes even after pressing it, what little moisture remains is still enough for the corn starch to stick to.

Looks so good but I don’t use oil - wasted calories. I’ll have to figure out how to make it without oil.

You can fry in oil in a skillet
The recipes are fabulous. The music is not. If you feel you must use music, please make it so soft it doesn’t intrude on your instructions.
