I have yet to purchase my first Yeung Man Cooking cookbook. Which one was his first? Since you have all 3, how are they different? Which one would suggest buying first? Originally I balked at the price for the printed copy but no more. I think Wil is amazing and I want to try everything he demonstrates in his videos. Thanks for any input you might share.

Veni, vidi… I made this excellent recipe a few days ago. The next day, while I was gravel biking, my wife, returning home from a business trip and being hungry, opened the fridge and came upon the dish. She called me while eating it, exclaiming how fabulous to it was and how I should feel free to make it again and again. She had never done that before. How to enhance life simply!

Having made the masala before, I can attest that it is outstanding. Better than restaurant quality and everyone will want to know just how you pulled it off. It goes great with any protein and vegetable combination, though I found the coriander to be somewhat overly dominant, and recommend reducing by half.

@@paripandey108 no, it has no paneer. Tofu and paneer are worlds apart. there is no tofu masala in Indian cooking, and there is no tofu at all.
I'm saving this one because I have always loved tofu. Organic, non GMO delicious tofu. 😊

Thanks to you, Wil, I'm now 90% vegan with a bit of veggie/dairy/eggs and the occasional seafood. Sometimes I'll have some chicken wings if I'm out and had a few beers. But not very much these days.

For the first one I substituted coconut milk with fresh cream and paparika and cayenne pepper with Kashmiri chilli powder and spicy Indian chilli powder. Turned out to be great! Relished it with Malabar parata and it was tooo awesome. Thanks for the recipe ❤

Love it. I've made it with Lao Gan Ma and it works. For extra protein add tofu to the chickpeas and mushrooms mix (or chicken for omnivores).
