    Ramya , good work- feedback based on observing all your interview work you gotta let the guest pause think and talk instead of interrupting them with what you know. You’re knowledgeable but they should be given space to interact with the audience

      Please....according to me she's doing perfectly well. The one interviewed is not God with all the answers. This is a conversation. Insights emerge through interaction. On the other hand, I think she's doing perfect justice here.

    Am a vegetarian n I also face deficiency in vitamin b12, vitamin d n good cholesterol. When ever I gave serious issues due to these deficiency I go to doctor and check blood report n take supplements.

      For B12 eat mushrooms weekly twice.

      Mango seed powder is the best remedy for b12 deficiency.

      விட்டமின் பி12 பொதுவாக மாமிசத்தில் தான் அதிகமாக காணப்படும், நீங்க சைவம் சாப்பிடுவதால் இருந்தால் மருத்துவர் கூறிய மாதிரி நீங்கள் சப்ளிமென்ட் தான் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
