Please....according to me she's doing perfectly well. The one interviewed is not God with all the answers. This is a conversation. Insights emerge through interaction. On the other hand, I think she's doing perfect justice here.
There’s not much value in interrupting and saying the same thing as the guest.
Am a vegetarian n I also face deficiency in vitamin b12, vitamin d n good cholesterol. When ever I gave serious issues due to these deficiency I go to doctor and check blood report n take supplements.
For B12 eat mushrooms weekly twice.
Mango seed powder is the best remedy for b12 deficiency.
