Many times I get bored watching videos bcoz they don’t come to the point and they keep speaking a lot and only at the end they will give their tips and they discuss many things on the same video But the way you make your videos are very simple and crisp. Problem that most of us face is that, we know what is good and what is bad (for the most part), we all know that we should exercise, eat healthy, etc. but getting to that to a reality is super challenging. True! I tried one thing which helps me a lot to loss weight.. I stopped eating desserts or sweets after my meal.. also giving so much of important to the side dishes not to the main course..

Except for first point rest are OK. 1st point is only for averagely healthy people. People who have BP, any other ailments should be, slow. For example a person having vertigo issues should not get up fast and jump out of bed. Same applies with some one with neck bone issues.
