- I put the sheet metal brake from the last video to use and made a custom set of door panels using 20 ga sheet aluminum. I'd say they came out purdy good for a rookie!

Doing my s10 door panels in the next few days, thanks for this!
For a first timer building door panels with sheet metal good job 👏🏻
Thank you!
👍🏻
Use a dimple die on the hole for the window crank handle. That may tighten it up enough for you.
Scott is the man 👍
Door panels turned out great! Nice job!
Thank you! I’m thinking of using scotch brite on them to give them a even finish
Looks great.
Thank you!
Nicely done with the shrinker/stretcher!
Thank you!
Nice metal work. #!!!
Sweet. OEM panels are 250 ea used!
This will help my c10 project in the next few months. Thanks
Glad I could help!
Glad I could help!
Great video!!
Good job Scott. I like the content my friend, earned my sub.
Thank you!
Great video of the door panels.
Thanks!
I need to do some for my 97 s10 Blazer drag truck.
@@borogers9677 it was a fun project!
Nice Job Thanks ! What is the metal thicknees ?
Looks good Scott, if you do bead roll them later your screw holes might not line up. Obviously when you bead roll a piece of sheet metal it takes some of the material to make the bead rolls. But nice work
Thanks! Yeah, I figured a bead would shrink up the panel, worst case scenario I build another set
Scott, those look great! New subscriber for sure! Can I ask where you bought the aluminum sheets and what gauge are they?
It’s 18ga aluminum I got from the metal yard as remnants
Hey scott nice job man, i have 93 s10,,i would like to know if you can do a set for mine,,let me know ok, thanks
That’s a good price good jod me like it lol
Scott I’m waiting for some new vids , I just picked up some Afr 220 comp port , I’m building the short block it’s 396 sbc
I’m working on a video right now… sorry, but life got in the way a bit.. 😃 396 stroker sounds killer!
So what's the new engine going to be. Good luck in what ever you do. Running low 10's is hard to do with a stock block for very long.
I’m putting together a 383… it’s basically the same except with a forged crank
I ran 8.88 @ 159 with a stock 2bolt main, stock crank @ 3300lbs for 5 years
