Much more informative than the "professional" custom shows. Good job, great explanations and demonstrations!
Thank you so much! I appreciate this feedback!
If this isn't "professional" then nothing is.
That door handle editing bit was an AMAZING way to address the little slip ups. Made it part of the show. The rewind in particular was golden.
Ha ha thanks so much Kristina is very creative with her editing I love what she does
Excellent video enhanced by Christina's videography and editing.
Thank you she’s really killing it on the edits and the camera work I couldn’t do any of this without her
Gorgeous! Those brass panels are fire! Appreciate you taking the time to show this.
Thanks so much man I love the rolling brass I want more of it!
Man I love hearing your thought process when you are making a custom part or piece. Your spatial ability and then putting on the panel or the car is a gift. love watching you work through each project. Great content, and can hardly wait to see the dropped Caddy1
Thanks so much for the feedback man I appreciate it I can’t wait for the next push on the caddy!
I know I sound like a broken record with my comments, but what awesome work you do. You can really see how much you enjoy your craft. Keep em comming Karl I'm hooked.
Awesome Brian thank you!
I have only just found your channel, and I have learned so much already. I have been a welder for nearly 30years and I have recently found time to restore some classic vehicles so it was time to up my sheet metal game. Thanks from the U.K. 🇬🇧🇺🇸 I will be sharing your content with everyone I know and liking and commenting for the algorithm
Ha sorry 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Cuzin Karl you’re one skilled cat! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us common folk lol. There’s a lot of skilled people out there on the ole interwebs, but very few are willing to share what they’ve learned while polishing there craft.
You’re so welcome man thank you! When I was growing up learning this trade was very difficult because there was not much for UA-cam that I was aware of. I made many mistakes and struggle to find the answers I was looking for. I’m grateful for the community and UA-cam itself to allow this type of sharing and learning to happen
@@MakeItKustom I agree with Clint. I am building a 56 Merc mild custom. Some of the old timers do not really want to share the knowledge. UNLESS you do something wrong. They will tell you right away how wrong you did something but when I am asking for help on how to do something... Crickets. Enjoying the videos. Keep it up.
Clint Vaughn ~ Its because we ARE ol' cats that eat, sleep, no drink(lol), and work all the time.... unless we watch the new PUPS on the net! Must say we do it with different tooling we turn per application, we have 47 sets as of late.
Have to say that I appreciate your results and dedication to the craft! KUDO'S! Seth
Earned my script brother!
Love the part with Will Ferrell
Ha ha me too!
Your a great teacher man! Thanks for sharing your education.
You’re welcome man! Thank you so much for watching and supporting!
And now everyone knows why custom anything costs a pretty penny or two, Fantastic workmanship, and a delight to watch.
Thanks for sharing
Finally, someone has made an in depth video illustrating how to do this work. Thank you, sir! and your helper too!
Another excellent video, thank you for sharing your skills & knowledge ! Great job by Kristina on camera and keeping you straight ! 😂
Ha ha ha definitely couldn’t do it without her! Thanks for watching cheers!
I found this channel about a week ago and can't get enough of it! Great positive attitude coupled with amazing content. I'll be following along closely for future videos.
Wow Raymond thank you! I appreciate the feedback and welcome to the channel!
My god...every time I watch your videos I am amazed
Ha ha thanks so much!
It's always great to watch a pro. You make it look easy, but I know just because it looks easy it means were watching an expert. Good for you, work hard and be a good boy!
Thanks man that’s the plan! Cheers
Always fun watching a true artist do his/her thing! Thanks for the education.
You’re so welcome!
I love your technique especially when you explain the logic! Thank your sir you’re doing some amazing work!
Thank you so much I’m glad my explanations makes sense lol!
Very happy to have found your channel.. Just starting metal but already feel at home sort of with all this. Thanks so much.. first time comment but watched about 15 videos.. I just did not know what to say other than.. Thanks Carl.. fantastic work.. great teacher.. great content.
Makes me wish I had a bead roller. These would look amazing in my project
Thanks man they’re becoming easier to come by! I started with the super cheap off shore roller and modified it to be this one
Love how organized and clean your shop is! I'd love to be able to do this on a car, but don't have the patience. Thanks for sharing! Nice clear filming.
Thanks Brian 🙏🙏🙏
Super Arbeit! Du bist ein Spitzen Blechkünstler 👍
Sehr schöne Videos - weiter so 🙂
Thank you, is quite rare people uploading real speed beadrolling videos, appreciated!
You’re so welcome!
Fine piece of carrying on! The layout alone is pure art!
Wow man thanks so much !

Thanks so much I’m glad you’re learning some!
thanks man, I enjoyed the lesson.. I'll be back for more.
Awesome thanks cheers!
Dude your an artist and clever. Combine the two and you achieve whatever you can dream up. Nice job, love the content. Mick
Those diamonds are so crisp and pillowy! Lovely stuff, as always.
Thanks! I like them when they end up puffy
Awesome stuff man. Y'all are making some EXCELLENT material, I'm learning tons, and You're removing a lot of the Mystery of how some things are done. Keep it up man!
I agree. What a great teacher.
And kudos to the camera lady 😅
Thanks so much! We are learning lots along the way and appreciate you all watching!
And I hope you are charging big money for it...I don't envy a single piece of equipment and a single minute of passing each and every line under the wheel on this one... exhausted from watching alone...that said, excellent job!
the will Ferrell cut got me 🤣
Jajajjajaajja lol
Ha ha ha ha I burst out laughing when I saw her cut that in! Gold
Built official in the house!!! 🤘
I know right?! I'm cryin' right now! Hahahahaaa.....
Amazing work m8 after 50 years of metal bashing im still learning things from you but we need to see more of the beautiful christina !
Also would love to see the video on the front suspension on the same truck, keep up the great work.
I'm not sure how guys like Jesse james got crowned best fabricators in the world when there are world class metal workers like you out there. Your knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are outstanding! I love that you build most of your machines and tools also to show us guys on a budget how we can get professional results with homemade tools.
Why cause drama, and Jesse is one of the best fabricators. Do you always drag up decades old news?
Awesome work & skill , love the channel & cool builds 👍
Thank you glad you’re enjoying it!
Solid stuff, thanks for explaining it, looks like I gotta whip up some sort of table for my Woodward
This channel is really amazing! I have a 66' Ford Fairlane that I want to rebuild but have never welded or done any metal work. Once I get my equipment I'll definitely use these videos to do practice pieces before I get into the build.
haha I would suffer if I didn't have variable speed, is you motor a DC one if so you can get a pedal like on a sewing machine to make it variable.
Mines an AC motor from a garage sale lol I definitely need a DC motor one day but I couldn’t say no to 10 bucks ha ha Eastwood has a motor set up that I would like to adopt
I have a 90VDC motor listed for sale now on Facebook in the I love beadrolling group page. Brand new motor.
great stuff and love the technique. Have you ever done any engine turning design on the door panel prior to bead rolling? I think that would be pretty neat
I haven’t done much engine turning but I bet that would look awesome. Thank you cheers!
@@MakeItKustom right on I'd like to get into it myself and no problem keep up the excellent work sir!
@@scottroe1087 I might have to steal your idea, Scott. That could either look really busy and it could look incredible!
Oh man I like finding quality content like this, where the people know their shit, present it well, and do it without a massive shop full of the latest and greatest tools or some sponsored bullshit.
Keep 'em coming!
Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed the content 👊👊👊👊
The Wedding Crashers bit was excellent!
Ha ha yeah it was! SHe knows how to make it funny lol
Just came across your channel 4 days ago and watched many episodes already.
I met/saw many people that like to (TALK THE TALK) and a very few like you that ( WALK THE WALK) . YOU ARE NATURALLY VERY TALENTED AND GIFTED INDIVIDUAL. I have learned something new with every single episode you guys post. Kudos to camera lady and you for the great content ... keep it coming ... much respect from sunshine state.
I love you videos more then any custom work on utube currently. So much good insightful tips. Thanks so much for sharing the knowledge it helps the back yard builds so much.
Always providing the coolest content!!!
You make it look easy ! Great job and explanation as well .
OMG! That door handles / door panels bit was hilarious! Kristina obviously has a great sense of humour. Keep up the good work you two!

Looking over the shoulder of professionals is awesome.
Glad you’re enjoying it! I’m still learning lots
Nice comedic touch there!! You guys are fun to watch and learn something along the way!!
rewatching, still loving this instruction
I just love your vid's and your patience is non human .
They turned out fantastic. The scales are a different twist. I’m really digging the two tone in the truck. Super cool!
Thanks! Because I’m half Japanese or try and pick up a little design keys here and there in the truck that’s where the scales came in to play
I love watching all of your videos. You are very down to earth and give great explanations!
thankyou for your time , especially on those scales , that was alot of work - WE APPRECIATE IT
I appreciate you! Thanks for watching
Panels, handles, whatever. They look awesome what ever you call them!
Ha ha ha! Sometimes my brain in my mouth don’t talk to each other
These are so cool. I never would have thought that was how those shapes were made.
Beautiful work!!
Love your machine. I dig the fact you built it yourself. Shows your skill and determination. Go's to show one doesn't need expensive tools and machines to create beautiful works of art.
That was great. I really like the way you go about explaining what you are doing...makes it make more sense.
7:27 into this so far. Your explanation of your method is so awesome. Props.
Thanks man I appreciate the feedback it’s good to know that explanation is clear!
You are the Maestro of Metal
Another great job well done Karl. Love your skills!!!!!
Thanks so much!
Very cool , love the fish scale look. I don’t think I’ve seen it anywhere else. Love your work , I’m looking forward to your next vid .
Thanks man I’m glad you take them! I’m not sure I’ve seen them either!
Your look of concentration at 18:15 is absolute gold! 😂 love your videos! Thank you so much for taking the time to do these and share your knowledge. Definitely be using what i learned on my 48 flatfender jeep! Hello from Washington state!
Fantastic. You really do seem to enjoy this - thanks for showing us your mad skillz.
Thanks Karl, I'm going to be doing some aluminum panels here for this coupe and I've never done them before. Perfect timing👍
Awesome Dan! I’m stoked and this came at a good time! I was wearing your T-shirt yesterday
@@MakeItKustom ha ha cool man! I wear yours all the time. 🤙gonna get a hammer as soon as I can afford one .
OMG, that is BEAUTIFUL. It's more of a work of art than part of a car.
I love stuff like this. Just pure knowledge.
Awesome man glad you like it!
Outstanding demo !! Thank you for sharing.
You’re most welcome thanks for your feedback! Cheers
I really enjoy your "how to" episodes and your explanations are easy to follow. Showing that you don't need the latest equipment and improvising is fine is great to see too.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks Pete!
makes great fun to watch and learn - many thanks
I’m a fan of fabricating and cars and build most of my own stuff, but I’ve never bead rolled at all yet found myself enjoying this video from beginning to end! Great job man, very talented!
Awesome! I hope you give it a shot one day! Thanks for watching cheers
Great video! Makes me realize I need to start using my bead roller !
I have not seen the scale pattern before. That’s super cool. Great video and great information. Thank you so much for sharing
I love what you are doing. I have worked in sheetmetal most of my life and learn something every video. Thank you!
Right on I’m so glad!
I like your style, no loud music and clear and concise explanations.... you gained a sub!
Awesome Mike happy to have you! Welcome to the channel thanks for watching
Your videos are a breath of fresh air. Standing out of the crowd of time eating mindless videos that make me feel good till they are over and I feel guilty for watching them. I end up with a feeling of motivation to work on my projects after your videos.
Thank you so much for the feedback! I am very glad to hear this. Cheers!
Very nicely demonstrated, thanks for sharing this, great skill set!

Beautiful work Carl! Cheers, Doug

I have been a fabricator professionally for over 30 years but never have I stepped into sheet metal and I truly love it. I am just going to have to get more tools and learn it. you do amazing work I was actually directed to your channel by one of my subscribers Brothers Custom Builds. I love your content I am glad to have found your channel. I'm building a 78 J10 on UA-cam and right now its a blank canvas looking for people interested to follow and direct the build with comments on my short comings. I I am at the beginning of a couple other builds also that I am just getting started on videoing. Thanks for your content its priceless.

Hello Karl,
I'm a fellow Canadian metal fabricator in Ontario, near Toronto. I just got home this week after major surgery. The correction that you made, and the added excerpt of Will Ferrell had me laughing out loud, and I really want to thank you for that! Excellent instructional video as well.
If you are out my way, you and your travelling partner(s) are welcome here for a high quality beef BBQ. It'll be my way of supporting your channel, and you'll get to see what's going on over here. Thanks, Dave.
Really enjoying your show.
Metal working has been in my family for years and I've always had a hankering to play around with it.
Thank you so much for sharing your craft.
