I take magnesium ( slow release) and Vitamin D3 1000IU at night. In the morning i take vitamin B complex and fishoil. It has improved better sleep and i have energy and more arlet during the day. On my cycle days i add iron supplement for rhe first 3 days as i get a heavy one. It has worked so much better for me. Im 35 years old.
I stopped having night sweats after I started taking magnesium. Idk if that’s what did it, I just know that I’m not suffering as much anymore! Also, I have Lupus and have been to the endocrinologist, who says my numbers are “fine”, and doesn’t even ask about symptoms. They don’t care and it’s bizarre.
Apparently some of your symptoms might have been caused by lack of magnesium.. I know it sounds bazar that the Dr. Didn't ask how you feel or about your symptoms. But that's not unusual these days .. you said endochronolist.. for Lupis don't you need. A Rheumatologist. They usually ask how you feel .. What was the endochronolist looking for ?? Oh, can I ask how old you are? Night sweats can be peri menopause too.. Can you consult with another Dr . Maybe you'll find another one Do you check out your blood work.. get copy's of it and look at the numbers??
I sweat all day long! I'm 41 and this has been going on for at least 5 years. I've talked to my doc about it, but of course they never find anything and it just gets forgotten. 😢
Unfortunately not bizarre at all. These days our mainstream medical Drs are EDUCATED to do 2 things: DIAGNOSE & PRESCRIBE. They are LEGALIZED DRUG DEALERS for BIG PHARMA. You are SO MUCH BETTER OFF going to a NATUROPATHIC DR like Dr Janine. They are actually INTERESTED & CARE about YOU, your IMMUNITY & OVERALL HEALTH. ❤🌍
@ErnieandRoxxyRodriguez It helps to lower your caffeine & sugar intake if you're consuming those things & increase your B vitamins & magnesium for nerve & muscle relaxation too. Also exercising like walking regularly & soaking your feet in epsom salts too. ❤🌍
Love my Landish marine collagen made in Nova Scotia and mailed to me by subscription. Free of hormones, antibiotics, pesticides and herbicides. Third-party lab tested to ensure no heavy metals like mercury.
Please if it's possible to link those. I just purchased magnesium from iherb "NOW" brand and then watched your video to look not to have stearate. Basically I wasted my money.
I very recently ordered Magnesium Bisglycinate.. sorry, I don't think it works as well as the magnesium citrate. Not as calming and effective.. I just purchased a small bottle of Magnesium citrate . I'll compare and see. Hopefully, if there is a big difference I can still return it. I'm seriously deficient in MONEY .😢
Magnesium glycinate keeps me up at night so i switched to malate. Also if you cant digest collagen, you can take beef gelatin. Same thing but the gelatin is the cooked form. I put it in my tea at night
I'm surprised that you suggest fish oil. Larger predator fish are known to have a high toxicity load. Much better if youre taking a krill oil. Oils to be metabolized should also be taken with a meal containing fats for better absorption
Anything else you really recommend for like 30-37 women, before ur menopause and or for pre aging? My energy at 33 going on 34 is just not there lol and I've tried vitamins b, folate, etc but just does seem to help that much so just wondering anything else that's not as commonly known.
What can I do....I am 67..... 68 this year I am noticing some white spots appearing on my body some red as well....I would appreciate any feedback on this....thank you.
I could not sleep & started magnesium. I immediately started sleeping. I guess I was low. I have taken mag. for yrs to sleep. All the herbs are good. I also take collegan & it works. I think it depends on the person as to how long it takes to work.
Hey ..I've started hydrolyzed marine collagen and in 1 week bad cystic acne that i never had ..stopped it and it went away .. anything to look for when buying collagen for acne prone skin?
@@isobel64 did you miss the part where I said “a lot” which means not all, I’m not going to call you a troll, because I’m not immature. What I will say however is based on your lack of observational skills, is that you have the iq of one
Cute Dr., i tend not to agree with your health philosophy, which highly relies on supplements. I think we can in general rely on natural food as you know very well. It seems you are are giving in pro supplements.
I don’t know if you have ever been diagnosed with exophthalmos or have checked your thyroid gland because the way your eyes open wide is one of the signs
Magnesium bisglycinate
Collagen, hydrolyzed, from grass-fed cows
Fish oil, high in DHA
Thank you 😊
Can you link brands you like of these three supplements. Thank you
magnesium bisglycinate, fish oil high in dha, hydrolyzed bovine collagen,

Considering 70%+ of all women are deficient in iron, and iron deficiency causes mental health issues like depression and anxiety, this list is crap.
