Love the Lo Mein griddle...change the protein, chicken, pork or beef, it makes no difference...all delicious and the choice to use the Udon noodles, love it, they are absolutely delicious and I am sure kick this up a couple of notches. Another banger gents...griddle on!!!

Hey guys! I had a question for you... So, I am always nervous when I clean my grill because I want to make sure it is clean, if that makes sense lol... I crank it up high, scrape all the excess, followed by bottle with water, still scraping.. I will then dry with a paper towel. For the finishing touch, I will dab a paper towel with oil, then rub on the grill. Am I missing something? Your grill looks darker, maybe because that is because of use? Thank you!
Oh for sure! It definitely gets darker the more you use it - we don’t always use water, only to get rid of “stuck” foods. When it’s relatively cleaned off and cooked, we will use oil to rub in. If the paper towel is still a bit dirty, we will rub a bit more oil in. Continue this 2-4 times until the oil is almost clear - then we know we have a clean griddle - followed by one more thin coat to protect the surface. Hope this helps brother!🤙🤙🔥😄
Looks good. I'm on an Asian kick on my Blackstone atm. How did you relax your Udon Noodles. I made some tonight and boiled them like the instructions said. But I must've over cooked them bcs they were very doughy. Like in a nasty way. What did you guys do. Yours looked relaxed right out of the Bag. My son and I are going to try Lo Mein (sp?) These griddles are nice and I have one myself but all over UA-cam and social media platforms. All i see anyone cook is fattening unhealthy crap on these things. Yeah, every once in awhile it's good to have something like that but...... my God. It's nothing but burgers, cheesesteaks, fried rice, fried foods, foods in pools of butter.
