Oh snap! She’s telling you the truth! I am here to say for a year I have been using.08% retin A and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide at night, BP on jawline and nose, retin A on everywhere but nose and mouth. I use salicylic acid wash morning and night, exfoliating is critical. my skin is SUPER GOOD now. Fresh, I beat horrible lifelong hormonal acne and less wrinkles,. I take my make up off with cold cream. figured it out!

I started using a different toner/exfoliate and retina .25 strength and have yet to get a pimple! I broke out the first 3 months after starting this but it just slowly went away and that was it. Purge period was utter TORTURE since I work with the public. Lol. I started September of last year. Next month I’m moving to .50 strength. I’m scurred. Lol

You have to be suspicious when you cannot get makeup off your sink and wardrobe. I gave it up and just use concealer. I felt naked at first but I now like it so much better.
Dr Bunting, unfortunately I cant tolerate Niacinamide. It triggers my rosacea. I heard a lot of people has the same issue. Please make more products for very sensitive skin without Niacinamide like your incredible beautiful Flawless Moisturizer light

Since I started using OTC adapalene, I've been wearing sunscreen daily even when it's super cloudy and rainy. My family thinks that it's stupid that I wear sunscreen indoors but I'm really wanting to take care of my skin plus the zinc oxide in blue lizard is actually soothing because my cheeks are very sensitive, red, and dry so even the gentlest, basic products burn them for now, even niacinamide burns and I really want to love it! Also, rose hip seed oil, grapeseed oil, and jojoba oil have been great for my skin so far since I can't find an affordable super basic moisturizer for my sensitive combo skin.(recommendations? Thanks!) The sunscreen has very noticeable cast, fiance comments on it daily. Would anyone recommed any and zinc sunscreens that are tinted or has zero cast that are worth the price for the amount of product? Thanks!
Accutane got me a fresh face I still get one or two when I’m on my period but NEVER like before. I had cystic acne way too much and myorisan ( accutane) is the only thing that helped me

I remember I went to the appointment and told her “ I’m tired of this, the only thing I want is Accutane “ she laughed and did it 😂😂 2 years suffering with really bad acne but not anymore!!
OldKpop Stan I live in Las Vegas idk where to go to get it send help summer is coming and actually the old dermatologist gave me accutane but this new one said no because it doesn’t seem bad and accutane is unhealthy so she wants to do safely like I’m giving you my money and I know accutane is what I want please :(
Any tips for acne prone skin when you are allergic to benzoyl peroxide. If I use it I wake up from sleeping g because my face, neck and ears are red and itchy. Then when I am up my face and eyes are swollen so I am allergic to it.
I have the exact same reaction! I actually am trying short contact therapy with BPO (started yesterday) and no itching so far! You can find a lot about it just by googling ☺️
I'm 46 and have occasional acne, not on any contraception as I had a hysterectomy 13 years ago, so it's not a progesterone issue. Skin is dry as the desert and dehydrated, I used to be oily when I was younger. Having issues of texture and dry under eyes.

NUTRITION IS NOT MENTIONED! Why? Eating red meat, cheese, milk, peperoni, ham etc., MAKES YOUR SKIN BREAK OUT!
