    Scoliosis is a condition in which the Spine get deform and leads to abnormal lateral curvature (both C Shaped and S Shaped Curvature) which causes problem like back pain and stiffness. Almost causes of 80% cases of Scoliosis Is unknown so called as Idiopathic Scoliosis .
    Other causes are Spinal Fracture and injury , neuromuscular disease, and limb length discrepancy .
    There Are Two types of Scoliosis namely 1. Postural Scoliosis and 2. Structural Scoliosis
    So Today I'm going to Share 10 Basic Exercises Which have been shown in this video which will help to manage the condition and help alleviate the symptoms like back pain and stiffness
