Skiing Mt Toll in Colorado // Indian Peaks Wilderness

- In this video I ski Colorado's Mt. Toll [12,979ft] in the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area. This peak has caught my eye all winter and is a classic line for backcountry skiing and ski mountaineering.
I did this climb near the end of May and parked at the winter Brainard parking area where I used my bike to get to Brainard Lake.
The weather was cloudier and windier than expected so the skiing up top wasn't as I envisioned my first trip down Mt. Toll but overall snow conditions were great lower down and I bagged a new peak.

Great vids, nice work! It does give me a chuckle though, seems like each time there's a new peculiar pronunciation of a peak. In this episode, Auto-bahn. :-) It's more like, "odd-a-bahn." Afterall, it's not a german highway!! Either way, I'm enjoying your vids, I know all of those areas and you're doing them solo, pretty epic man. Thanks!
Haha i am all too aware of my pronunciation challenges with some of these peaks. Many of them i honestly glanced at on a map without much thought and during the video realize i need to say it out loud.
I have no excuse here as I have always been a fan of Audubon (the person) and somehow in-between labored breaths fail to notice my botching this name.
