A few years ago I had an upper back/arm injury that left me in constant pain. I could barely open doors, brush my teeth and my hair etc for around 2 years. I basically have no upper body strength but have been really reluctant to work on building it up despite the rest of me being physically fit, as I was scared to injure myself again. Even with 1lb weights this was a little tough to get through, but it didn’t hurt in a bad way! Really excited to keep up with this and some of your other workouts to rebuild my strength💖
Me and my husband, both 60+, discovered this arm workout during early lockdown days and continue to do it every day with dumbells. Just the right length and intensity for us. Thanks 😄 from Germany 🌸

I did this with 5 lbs weights and added in your back/shoulder workout from a couple of weeks ago and got the PERFECT upper body workout. Love the #momlife moment!!

I love this 6min. arm workout. I try to do it whenever I can. It’s not hard to find 6 minutes during the day and I don’t get sweaty after doing it like a regular workout. Every little bit helps!
I am a guy and just started training when I found this channel! But I could do this only using 1 lb dumbbells and had to take 2 breaks as my arms just gave up 😟

Did it today, loved it! I could have sworn I did another one of your arm workouts and now I can’t find it.i loved it and want to do it again. It consisted of doing half way push ups, no weights, and it was a quick burner. Or is the quarantine making me lose my mind? Thank you

Just a comment, in the exercise for triceps, when you go up and down, not sure what I did wrong but ended up with back pain =( Not sure if I needed to tuck in my tummy and forgot to do it, or if I did it too quickly. Maybe a little instruction just to become aware of the movement will be helpful.
Eugenia Tamez I have a tip for you! (Sorry I cant see you so I’m going off a common mistake that I see on my classes) Sometimes I see people in this triceps position round out either their upper or lower back (almost like a pelvis tuck) Make sure that as you lean forward you are pushing the hips and butt back so that the spine is in a straight line and gently pull the shoulder blades together and down. You don’t have to lean forward very much either :) sometimes it’s helpful to step one foot back into a lunge in this position as well ❤️
I find your workouts perfect for me - the exercises, number of reps, explanation, tempo... the lot. Even your encouragement is just right! I swear you know what I'm thinking when you go: 'come on, squeeze it!' Thank you for putting them here. Could you make a video about stretching, please? I bet you have some great tips for greater flexibility.
