Question, whenever I actually put my shoulders back and do anything in that position, it feels like my shoulder blades are grating against something else and its very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong but can somebody tell me what to change?
I love this workout. I am muscular but somehow have back fat. I love how well defined your back is and how simple this is. I think, hope, this will help me be more graceful, have a better toned back and forearms.
