Hi Coach Kel, i love the simple and effective ab workout however i would like to say that the second move was pretty difficult to do because it hurts my hips whenever i lift my legs. Will it work the same if i add a bit of extra padding on my hip? thank you.
Jane A hi there! Yes, if you are using a mat you can fold it over a couple of times to give yourself more padding on the hips. It will still work the same. Also, make sure you aren’t lying right on your hip bone. I roll back onto by butt just a bit as the legs lift. ❤️
