as someone who's knitting a beginner's garter stitch blanket, this is insane to try and comprehend lol. nice job! crocheting looks so much easier, im tempted to try it when i finish my blanket.
Made this and it came out really well! more like 4-5 hours for me, i'd love to get to the day where it takes 1 hour!!! I also used this tutorial video and pattern to teach my friends how to crochet :)
I really like the two slip stitches on top idea. I made a beanie with a size 5 bulky and could not make the top look just right, now that I know it will be what I do from now on. Thank you!!!
Hi Thank you for all your great work. Your tutorials are always easy to follow and you have a very pleasant voice. I just ordered up a bunch of Wool Ease T&Q to start making these for winter markets. What colors in this yarn have been your best sellers? I went mostly with the variegated; trying to avoid the darks( so hard to see stitches!) 😊 ❤
Video says half double crochet down to the last 2 chains and do 2 slip stitches but the written instructions say double crochet until you get to the last 3 stitches and do 3 slip stiches. Which directions are correct? Thank you

I would suggest you follow the Andes pattern, that one is made using Bulky weight or the Costa beanie also has a bulky weight version (you have to go way back on my videos to find it or search Costa beanie on UA-cam)
I am a beginner and I am having some trouble. I know the pattern says 26 chains each row because we’re starting at the 2nd chain in the first row, but it looks like on the video you’re not doing the 2nd chain. Which is the right way? Please and thanks 😊
I’ve been trying to crochet these hats for ages now and I always have the same issue. Once I close them, only my arm can go through it. Even a toddler can’t wear it. Is it something to do with the fact that I’m doing it from the first stitch instead of the second one?
@@paigelansimaki3217not really. I just ended up doing way more stitches than I should probably have done 😂 using up way more yarn as well but… it worked. My mum had her hat for Christmas 😂

I just made a beanie for the size of a one year old and it took me two days (9 hours altogether) but I’m proud 😅

What size hat would you use for a 12 year old? Sizes go from child to adult. Would the adult be too big?

Cute beanies! Where do you get the little leather piece that you attach to your crochet items?
I make them! ☺️
Can you do a little tutorial about how you make those or what you use to make them?
Like it!! Want to make it with thinner yarn. How much inch long do you make it?
Oh that would be a whole different pattern
@@CJDesignblog
Oke thnx! I only want to know how long the beany is from top to bottom before you fold it
How do I use different yarn and hooks, to make the same pattern.??
Hi, 😊😊😊sorry but I can't find the measurements for making this hat for adults here on the channel. How can I do it? Could you send them to me? Thanks

Is it possible to use bulky weight yarn (5)? How would I adjust?

@@CJDesignblog thank you for your help. Love your patterns!
Do you have a pattern for worsted weight 4?

Yes, it is in the second chain from the hook :)
