This yoga for neck and upper back has really stretched my muscles which are usually stiff in the morning after waking up. Its wonderful that this exercise engages and works through the whole body as a local muscle pain always affects other areas. Thank you for detailed instructions which really help Brett! All I can say is WOW you are amazing! I am doing a lot of sewing for Christmas and my neck and upper back really get strained after hours of working This was absolutely what I needed. I will do this again tonight when I am done sewing for the day. Namaste!!!!

In recent years, I've been able to heal some. Can you suggest some exercises or which of your videos would be helpful? this one was awesome but a little too challenging for my range of motion. Reverse namaste always gives me a hard catch in the shoulder 😦 any advice?
Honestly, skip it. I always advise my students that if it hurts, don't do it.
the music comes in all of a sudden at the end which kind of surprised me.
