    THANK YOU for adding movement in this neck and upper back sequence; so many videos are only performed sitting down! This yoga flow feels MUCH more effective. Perfect to de-stress!

    This yoga for neck and upper back has really stretched my muscles which are usually stiff in the morning after waking up. Its wonderful that this exercise engages and works through the whole body as a local muscle pain always affects other areas. Thank you for detailed instructions which really help Brett! I had been practicing KY and stretches with you a lot this season.

    I noticed a catch in between my shoulder blades as I was on my morning walk and came back to this class. It has really relaxed the muscle there just with this quick practice. Thank you so much.

    All I can say is WOW you are amazing! I am doing a lot of sewing for Christmas and my neck and upper back really get strained after hours of working This was absolutely what I needed. I will do this again tonight when I am done sewing for the day. Namaste!!!!

    Thank you! Blessings and love for your wonderful videos. I have a question. I deal with costochondritis, upper back and rib pain. I've had pains since. childhood. In recent years, I've been able to heal some. Can you suggest some exercises or which of your videos would be helpful? this one was awesome but a little too challenging for my range of motion.       Honestly, skip it. I always advise my students that if it hurts, don't do it.

    the music comes in all of a sudden at the end which kind of surprised me.
