This video is a deep dive into your options as a player in Leagues. If you don't feel like watching the full 2 hours, consider watching only the melee, ranged or magic sections and revisit the Tier sections as you see fit.
About the quality and coherency of this video:
I prepped this video a day before Leagues 4 release date and recorded it a few hours before launch as Jagex didn't release all the relic information until two hours before launch. This has put a lot of stress on the quality and the coherency of my video and I did the entire video in one sitting. I had to choose between doing this or taking another couple of days to recast the entire video a couple of times to get my mind straight about things and maybe fix a few mistakes in post-processing. Because timing is crucial (not for me, but for the viewer) I decided to upload it as is.

You don't need kandarin for imbued slayer helm. You can imbue them at soul wars now.
Honestly the video I was most looking forward to ahead of doing my leagues start. Was a great thing to listen to and watch on the side while stuck at work anxious to get home and play.

Anyone going Range Asgarnia, Desert, Zeah have a plan on getting ruby bolts (e)? Whether that be a specific relic choice, etc. This is the main thing holding me back at the moment.
Any tips for sourcing Dragon Bolts? Im guessing I'm going to end up using Broads and then Rune if I can grind up my smithing? Are Ruby Bolts (e) worth using?
Rubies are 100% worth on higher hp targets (Vorkath & Raids). It increased dps significantly. As for dragon bolts, it's pvm only so have a look here. Frem seems the best area. oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Dragon_bolts_(unf)
If you’re an experienced pvmer, bankers note is a trap with the exception of solo nex. At least firesale speeds you to end tier relics, makes 5 99’s less than a days work, makes several master tasks free and provides free runes for magic users rest of league
well thats why I got it mainly for nex, also... Never done infernal
How come Glacies Vow makes accursed sceptre spec useless? Does it really not stack? That'll be a big shame.
That's how I interpret it from the wiki. "if the target's levels are already deboosted by some amount, Condemn will only drain them up to 15%, but no further" oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Accursed_sceptre
