OSRS - Can't Touch Me (Barrows) Easy Dspear method

I had a difficult time finding useful resources on this and I kept getting hit if I just tried to entangle/barrage straight off the bat. I read about the dspear method, tried it out and decided to upload a quick video about it. Maybe it's useful to someone.

Fantastic method, worked first time for me. Kiting the brothers is easy once you see the technique, and IMO is more consistent than snares since you will never chance a hit once you're in position.
For anyone stumbling on this later, note that the combat achievement is tied to the chest opening (as shown in video) , even though the text would imply you've completed it once you've killed the 4 melee brothers. I tp'd away to reset for Ahrim/Karil and it still worked.

I suggest going to Karil and Ahrim first, if neither of them are in the tunnel, just do a normal run, if one of them is in the tunnel then complete the diary

Eh it works fine by the chest too, unless you run into the brother in the tunnels.

Nice! Didn't think of D-spear. Was getting close without it and just using barrage but I kept messing up when I attacked my character would run right into the brother.... very frustrating.

Thanks, this method is still valid. Ice blitz works just as fine.
You'll only get the achievement ONCE you loot the chest by the way.

By far the easiest method, got lucky with all 4 melee brothers being in their crypts and did it first try, thanks man

this works with snare the same way!! You dont need 93 or whatever magic, just open it, stun with spec and geti n position like he does, then ensnare, hit 3 times and reposition
you just have to be a bit lucky with whos in the tunnel

Instead of a staff switch just manual cast ice barrage/entangle. 1 tick faster than autocast. Also disable run when casting so you dont skip a tile and get closer than necessary.
NPCs move east-west before north-south so if you're standing on the north or south and have them trapped opposite you as soon as you see the XP drop for your last spell you can walk back behind the coffin and the brother will politely walk behind as well instead of trying to navigate to you.

this is one of the hardest combat achievements in the game imo because of how shit the mapping system is on osrs, this should be an elite task, medium is a joke.

yeah lol not going to do this ever... this is probably harder than the Inferno which is dead content to me too. First of all the stars need to allign because you need an Ahrim/Karil tunnel and then you need to do everything perfect without splashing. 100% impossible MEDIUM combat task, deleted this game.
