I Love you, Rachel. I live in Ft Lauderdale Florida. You are part of my daily routine. I do a lot of weight training classes and then need a good stretch or a relaxing workout with you. Some of my favorites are ballet barre and band classes. I would love if you did more band classes and more ballet barre. They are so effective!

Brilliant, so I've just squeezed this in before work, really calmed me down and got my body warm and moving , can equally imagine doing this before bed. Love the shorter 15-20 minute workouts as I can do these when I'm pushed for time. Amazing instruction as always.

I have lower back pain I can hardly stand, i can not get on the floor and now im overweight, Arthritis in my hips and back restrict me. any sessions for that would be helpful to many of us, im sure...
When I first found Rachel's channel, I had bad hip pain. I did her chair classes, which I found to be gentle yet effective. As I got better I started doing her standing classes and senior classes (I'm in my 60s). I still don't often do the mat classes, as I have trouble getting up and down, but I find she has plenty of classes I can do. I hope you find something here that suits you, as Rachel is so encouraging and a joy to spend time with! I hope you feel better soon too.
