Super great! Just the amount of strengthening and stretching that I needed. I love your voice. It is so consistent and it is also trustworthy to follow your commands or suggestions. I love that you always give options for movements. That may be difficult. In the beginning, 20 days ago, I had to use those options, but I’ve become much stronger and better at stretching.

Another good exercise for relaxing tensions of lower back is while on back, knees up over torso, ankles crossed, hands on knees at lateral side & alternately pull knees toward center line, creating a 'wag the tail' gentle rocking effect in lower back🙏💗🙏

Thanks so much for your on line classes Sarah. I started doing pilates classes in the Uk a few months before lock down. I had been really struggling to do any pilates on my own as I just couldnt find the motivation with losing my job and my daughter nursing Covid 19 patients. I have done three of your classes this week, the back session twice, and feel so much better mentally and physically. Your calming voice and excellent instructions has made such a difference to my week.

The Gentle Pilates for Back Care seemed to be perfect for my chronic pain. Are there similar videos with the same intention for back care, or total body but relatively gentle? I have a lot of yoga and pilates experience but for now would like relatively gentle.

I just want to know how can Pilates work a disabled woman with scoliosis injury on the back.
Gosh, I couldn't wait to do this, but the very beginning shows her doing the impossible! Sitting with all my weight on knees bent all the way... ouch! Haven't been able to do that since I was 10 years old. Maybe I can do some of the rest of it. All my joints and spine have arthritis. 😢
She advised to do what's comfortable for you. Peace out ✌️
