Hi Rachel. 63 year old lady here in England, I have been doing your workouts for a couple of years now. I particularly like this workout as I used to do ballet when I was a little girl and doing the moves brings back memories, i have stiffened up a lot now 😂 even though I stretch, but in my mind I can still see me walking up some rickety old wooden steps to the ballet studio above to dance in my black leotard, pink tights and pink satin ballet shoes andi remember the piano music well. Thank you for all your workouts although as I still work full time don't always regularly do them❤

Today I was just looking for something for seniors, like light workout and then, unexpectedly, I found ballet! Just finished these 30 minutes and because you wanted to have feedback, here it is: Lovely! It puts me back into my ballet dreams! and I would love to have more of it, definitely.

Thank you so much for sharing your time, I have just been told I have bone on bone left hip osteoarthritis, and even though I am in pain, I managed to do this beautiful routine , I am trying to avoid hip replacement . So once again thank you 🙂

❤🩰I love your videos. You have a strong pleasant voice. So many women today sound screechy and immature. There is such limited content for low impact standing exerices. Glad to discover your Pilates for seniors videos. Perhap you can hire a retired male dancer to create a fun Pilates/ballet series for old men. Ozzy Osborne, Sting, Prince Andrew... Didn't have ballet classes as a kid, so doing this is surprisingly emotional for me. Like finding a something important that I didn't know was missing. I created a playlist of your standing videos and noticed that many are 30 minutes or less but the UA-cam timer is showing an hour or more. This could severely affect your viewership. If UA-cam can't fix this then you might changing name slightly using "save as" to shed digital weight, then re-upload the videos.
Hi there I had a double hip replacement 2 years ago and wa t to get back into Pilates again do you have a workout for me ? I don’t feel safe doing advanced Pilates anymore it’s scarey , I used to do Pilates everyday and now after a few years break I want to start again , can you suggest a workout of yours I can start with ? Thanks xx
I enjoyed the session, though the voice/music balance could be improved with less volume on music. Personally I would prefer piano music as an accompaniment. Thank you for your clear instruction and encouragement;
I have hearing issues and I have problems with the music. I could not finish the routine because of it. Perhaps if you add music, you can indicate that it includes music as I cannot do the routine and would choose another. I’ve been a faithful daily member of your channel. Thanks for all you do.

I wear hearing aids which are a marvel, but sorting out background noises is difficult. So after about 20 minutes I was frustrated and gave up. Now I can do this workout which I really like. I love the variety of workouts you offer and barre is one of my favorites.
