These were really good I just made some! I didn't have applesauce so I just added a bit more protein powder and some vanilla. Also used 2 tbsp pb2 and 1 tbsp milk instead of the nut butter 🤙
Very nice! I was sceptical at first looking at the ingredients and there wasnt any baking powder (?) but decided to give it a shot. Also accidentally used 60g whey instead but they still turned out very nice! I managed to make 12 small ones to reduce calories per pc. Will try using pumpkin puree and sub 1/2 PB with PB powder next time to bring the calories down further.
2024 love this recipe found your channel when watching nick bare older videos he mention you and wow amazing where have you been the past 10 years of my life
2024. I missed the dets on this but I'm already planning on a hard firm try at weight management and getting stronger/healthier. i'm hoping i get a promotion in the enxt week or two due to a supervisor being fired for bad everything... which would make financing it better. As it is its really hard to afford much more than pasta and cottege cheese.. which admitildly is fun and tasty enough. though i still need to try mixing just the entire container into dry pasta to bake with some extra water to cover to see if it really wil just cook and absorb it all
Gifted the tip of his finger to the ProtGods in exchange for another year of steller recipes. the onions were a trap boss. AKA I would like to hear the story.
Managed to get these down to 60 calories (even less if no toppings) by subbing half of the peanut butter for peanut powder. Thanks again for the recipe 👍
@@OmarChida Not yet, but have wanted to for even less fat. If anything you might have to add a little water or more banana and apple sauce to give some moisture back to the mix. I'll post back once I've given it a try to let you know the results :)
Merry Christmas!!! 🎄🎄🎄
2024. I want the story of the pinky end removal. Under your comment is the only place I can. Why? Merry Christmas

The recipe online says 2 tbsp of peanut butter but you mention 4 tbsp in the video.

What recipe are we using our pinkies for?
Nice
you should break them open so we can see how dry they are close up
Awesome thank you 😀😀 quick question - sorry-what could I substitute for gelatin in a recipe?
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum

What do you recommend to substitute for banana? I have an allergy to bananas 😢
Pumpkin should work though the flavor will change.
Ouch How did that happen?
