I have chocolate whey protein powder in my pantry so will use that and will add a little coffee to my batter, per your tip in the recipe notes. 181 calorie fudgy protein muffin -- yes, please and thank you! 😋 I also appreciate your comments about less fat and more protein for those of us in our "golden years" (or gray, in my case!).
I got to tell you… I was skeptical….but wow……these were awesome! I used Dymatize coco pebbles protein and almond butter. Incredibly delicious!! Thanks for all you do to make the keto way of life better😀
I made these yesterday (4/26) and used my homemade almond butter. I also used plain collagen protein because I did not have the chocolate on hand. I didn't see any notes in the recipe I printed down. I added a little extra chocolate powder and a tad more sweetner. The batter was very thick, but they came out great just the same. Maybe I'll try and add a little oil next time. Maybe a tablespoon or so. I do have to say, they do indeed taste like brownies. :)
I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! 😋 I used vanilla flavored bone broth protein powder in place of the chocolate collagen powder and therefore added 2 tablespoons water to thin the batter per the instructions in the expert notes. I used homemade hazelnut butter. I also replaced the vanilla extract for maple extract since it's all I had on hand. These turned out phenomenal!! 😀🎉😊
Yes, thanks these are really good. I used almond butter that was pretty thick so added some avocado oil also used plain collagen with an extra T of cocoa powder and more swerve brown. The extra oil helped cuz the batter was really thick. Amazing result!
Another amazing post! Found your posts a few months back! ps I don't see any baking soda or power in these...I don't have protein powder but I need to try to make these muffins! Best, from Colorado!
Just curious, will you personally just eat one per day? Because for me to follow my diet if I want more food than just muffins I cant eat more than one a day. Thanks for your channel I love it, you are so cute!
Add one more tablespoon of cocoa powder and a little more sweetener. You will also need a little more oil to make it a better like mine. Don't use the whey.
Have you looked into the benefits of fasting on breast cancer? See Dr. Berg's channel and talk to your oncologist, of course. Do some research on this. It is supposed to really help several cancer types, but breast cancer specifically. Best of luck!
@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood I brought it up to my oncologist in 2020, she looked up a few studies and told me not to take it. I have a new doctor, I will ask him about it! New research is constantly changing how metastatic breast cancer is treated so we'll see.
Omgosh! I found your recipe for these DELICIOUS muffins a few months ago and have been making them about every 2 weeks!! They freeze well, taste great and easy to make. I do add about 1/4 cup of cold coffee to the batter to thin it a bit.....I use peanut butter. THANKS SO MUCH!....a quick breakfast on the go. ❤❤
Ive made this 3 times since this video comes out and absolutely love it! I tried it with peanut butter but prefered it best with almond butter! Also only had unflavored collegen so i added an extra tbsp of cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of avocado oil. They come out perfect and I love them! Thank you!
Everything I have ever read on probiotics says that they don’t really work. At least the pills don’t work. You’re better off eating some sauerkraut or other fermented foods.
Do you have any recipes that only use natural ingredients and sweeteners in its natural form like dates or honey, not a fan of powdered stuff except flour maybe.
@@clorerosa4204 Not really. Not if your blood sugar spikes as mine would and as many diabetics would. You do you, but I do not use these ingredients, nor do I ever intend to crate recipes with them. 😀

Love your recipes....just wish you could also address the oxalate problems with some ingredients.

Welcome!
I read the printable recipe twice and couldn’t find what to do if you have unflavored collagen.
Add one more tablespoon of cocoa powder and a little more sweetener. You will also need a little more oil to make it a better like mine.
Thanks for asking this question as I couldn't find it either and great that it was answered.

Can I use tahini in place of nut butter?

Thanks for your channel I love it, you are so cute!
I don't recommend eating more than one per day. That is why the serving size is 1 muffin. And yes, I will only eat one.
*Amazing* 🤩
I have flavorless collegen and french vanilla whey protein. Can I use or combine those?
Add one more tablespoon of cocoa powder and a little more sweetener. You will also need a little more oil to make it a better like mine. Don't use the whey.
@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood Thanks!
These look amazing, unfortunately I have breast cancer and can't do collagen.
I am curious why collagen is contra-indicated for breast cancer? But you can see in the post that I have suggestions on how to use whey protein.

Thank you SOO MUCH Carolyn!! I appreciate you, dear!!
You outdid yourself again. Great recipe.
You have a lovely kitchen!
Hey hun was wondering if you could suggest a good probiotic for women over 50.

You turn a tasteless world into a happy world
That is the loveliest sentiment ❤️

Dates and honey are not keto friendly and I don't touch them. My recipes are keto.... you may be looking for paleo recipes.
@@AllDayIDreamAboutFood it can be keto if you have one little piece and do OMAD 😂😅☮️
