Kinda. He has been making those recipes for many many years before people like Greg Doucette become popular, and somehow he got all the hype and convinced people that he had come up with all the "anabolic stuff" himself
Still wondering how it's possible that this channel haven't yet hit at least a million subscribers. All of your recipes are just mouth-watering and super easy to make. As someone who's on a cut I appreciate them so much (and I've only been here for a while so I haven't yet had the time to try at least half of them :))
Great recipe! On another note, recently I ate a Tiramisu which had around 20 gram of protein, low in calories and it was super tasty but also super pricy 😆. So would request you to take the challenge and create a similar home version of it, if possible!
I use the low-fat Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons sugar free pudding to prevent the icyness. I also like to melt chocolate chips in coconut oil and drizzle over top, and use dark chocolate almonds chopped on top. DELICIOUS!!!!
Man.... crazy how long you've been doing this... I remember back when you promoted your baking protein, and I still have two of the shirts you were promoting and selling around the 2015 era!! Glad to see you still doing these videos!
I have been eating a bowl of protein frozen yogurt, something similar just with different ratios, basically every night. I have been sprinkling PB Protein Granola over the top recently, but frozen blueberries are a great choice also.
Derek I love this new recipe. I love your channel, been watching it for 6-7 years now. I know that you've been busy with life, etc. Stop disappearing on us, we miss you. I think that you would have a 1 million subscribers if you made more content consistently. Not mad I just love the channel. Keep up the good work and you always keep it 💯
Can I substitute it with Gippsland Yogurt? Could I add a biscuit base let is cool and then freeze? I also like that your saying stay healthy. Instead of… not fit, not skinny or anything else. You definitely got me subscribed Edit: I’ll will try it out with the method you have and see where it takes me.
Guys if you don't have Xanthan Gum you can use Sugar+Fat free pudding mix or even some Casein protein they come out AMAZING and taste so damn goooooood
I'd guess 410g for the bark that you created, and add another 1.233 pounds for the baking tray, making the grand total of the pan(559) + bark (410) to be 959 grams.
We did! Only got between 9-12 inches. I just got a snowblower but chose to shovel the second time around. It helps that it was light and fluffy. ;) A little nervous for the storm tonight. Stay safe and warm! Plus, thanks for the awesome recipes!
The “what’s up guys” supercut!! 😂 I’m here for it lol. Yes to half million subs. I just started eating high protein like two months ago, and I come to your channel and website all the time. Ty ❤
The only drawback a I see it is that you cant bring it outside home as a protein bar (bc It will easily melt). Great and easy recipe anyway, going back to the basics with the most amazing macros ❤
"Whats up guys" must return!
Haha! Your ears have the history!
Classic. Lol
Ikrrr! That’s what I was thinking!!! Life’s unfair.
It’s ridiculous how this channel doesn’t have over a million subscribers. You have done so much for the community. Hope you have a successful year!
Thank you my friend!!!
you are aware how much is a milion people right
The protein fart community 🤩

FINALLY !! I've been waiting for a recipe without anything that had calories for nothing much ! And the best of all, the recipe comes from you :) !

These look delicious but those macros are amazing!!
Great recipe. Only feedback, your font size for calories and macros is way too small
Tara gum is god-tier for preventing icy consistencies with fat free dairy. It’s pricy but you don’t use much (1/4 tsp)
30seconds in. I already love you. Subscribed.
Thanks for the icy tip. I used low fat yogurt and it had that iciness to it lol
Love your channel ❤️

Who else got crushed with snow this past weekend? 🌨🌨🌨
Also, is it weird that I like shoveling?
Do you have an idea on what is the effect baking has on the whey protein? Does it reduce its effect by any percentage?
I have a video on this! ua-cam.com/video/lgfvVQZjhOI/v-deo.html @@vipulgupta

Just be mindful of possible advanced glycation end products from consuming too many carbs with proteins.
The same could be said for cooking food at high heat. Stop fear mongering mate.
This man became a silver fox right before our eyes!
