How to Make Vegetable Stock from Vegetable Scraps | Homemade Veggie Broth

Vegetable stock is a staple in my house and so are vegetable scraps. So, I combined the two and made this beautiful vegetable stock. I use this stock for making vegan stews, gravies and richer soups such as a vegan minestrone. This stock is rich and full bodied and is very cheep to make. Enjoy
