Ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger at a new restaurant in town, and it got to the table and I wasn’t seeing the mushrooms initially, and was getting ready to get worked up, and I opened the burger up and they cooked a portabella mushroom cap on top of the Swiss cheese covered patty, it was awesome!
Oh Lord, these looks good!! I never thought of using an aioli to jazz up my burgers......but I know now 😉 I think some gravy on the side would take this one over the top!

Dudes, I'm gonna share my secret with you for sauteed mushrooms. Get some Galliano liqueur and add about a quarter cup to the shrooms and cook until all liqueur liquid is almost gone. LIKE CANDY!!!

In one of your videos about the BlackStone air fryer you talked about the magnet for the spatulas being on the left side. I have the same problem so I just took my drill and I moved it over to the right side by drill into holes and never dawned on me to do that but thank you for bringing it to my attention and now I have them on the right side and it works great thank you guys have a great day.

Thanks for sharing. I usually butter and garlic my buns and toast them. I also like to melt the swiss cheese on top of the mushrooms to help keep them from falling out (I have a tendency to put more shrooms than the buns can hold). Cheers 😊

You hear that sound? It's my mouth watering! Man I love a good burger, and the messier the better. Back in the day when I worked as a chef, we'd put an garlic aioli on our mushroom swiss burger, it was great. Love it gents. Hope you stay warm, the weather has just been so weird this past year. You Florida boys' blood sure has thinned since y'all lived in Utah, lol! I get it, it's crazy now the body adjusts. I have lived in freezing cold Alaska to and hot Central Valley CA, and it didn't take long. I'll stick to Washington with it's perfect temperate climate though, much better lol. Griddle On!
