@@Drberg Thanks a lot for lot of education on vitamins but PLEASE PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO if blood test can be trusted to decide if body is deficient in these vitamins / minerals. Because I heard that blood test (even for the vitamins & minerals which can be tested from blood) is not a right way to find the deficiency because body tries to maintain the levels of vitamins and minerals in blood by compromising other functions hence blood tests are not accurate measurement of deficiencies. this is is complex enough for us to request your expert opinion on this. Thank you.

Look up MTHFR. If you have it, your ability to absorb Vit B9 is impaired . Learn the difference between folic acid and folate. They are not the same. The only form should be methylated. Good luck.

And mention the fact that folate as folic acid is vitually usless becuase of SNP's in enzymes needed to convert it to 5-Methyltertrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) which plant don't have, has to be got from animal sources (mainly organs and eggs). Also need folate to prevent homocysteine accumulation and to help make glutathione, along with cobalamin and pyrodoxine (P-5-P).

@@fragilechords5118 Pork or lamb liver isn't too bad. Chicken or duck if you can get it. Beef can be strong. I normally grind or blend liver and add to ground (minced) meat with spices like mustard and tomato puree and lots of salt. I do eat raw liver from time to time, but I doubt you'll do that. If you can't tolerate it then it's probably better to stick to a L-5-MTHF supplement. Plants are just not going to cut it for folate.
