By the way I’m a Farmer. I also have an Orchard.. the only thing I have ever sprayed on any produce, fruit trees is 100% Neem Oil.. yes! I do use organic materials from, chickens, horses and cows.. I love gardening.. so peaceful. This subject was a topic at my Farmers market and Agricultural center… so I’m happy to see your video on it. Thank you for helping farmers.. peace to you

Thank you, Kimberly, for standing up to big companies & being willing to take the fallout for doing so. I saw your Instagram post & thought it was sad how so many people were questioning your sanity. You can immediately see the difference in the people who seek the truth & those who are still “drinking the koolaid”. I have been on the same journey as you regarding my food sources. It started when I had a craving for homemade ice cream & so I went to the store to buy “natural ice cream”. Haagen Dazs was the only brand that didn’t use guar gum as an ingredient, although the labels read “all natural”, etc. My journey continued from there. You are brave to speak out. I support you 100%!

You are NOT off the rails! Not at all, you’re 100% spot on. The “food” here in the USA is toxic, unless we locally source, like you are doing.
Ever since I watched your video talking about how when you lived in South America and you would lose weight when you were there eating, and moving, the same and then when you come home for a visit, you would gain weight, and so would your friends, that would also go back-and-forth. So I started asking so many people that are not from the United States but travel here, and then go back to their countries, or have moved here, and they say 100% what you said is correct. And everyone of them have said, they’re poisoning you here in America with the food. I am so thankful and so glad that you make these videos about food. Thank you.

This video is 💯‼️correct!! I’m a chef and holistic nutritionist and I’ve been living this way for a long time. I live in North Florida, we have farms and cattle ranches all over. Two times a year we have what’s called the “farm tours” through the Tallahassee farmers market. You can go to the farms, meet the farmers and actually see how they are growing. I have a meat guy, chicken guy, and use two organic farmers. I also have a Tower Garden (Amazing) and grow my own herbs, produce, micro greens, make my own bone broth and some herbal medicine. We need to start taking the power back. Publix is a terrible company now and insanely expensive. They were not always that way. Sold out and their produce is terrible! Bravo on this video! 👏👏👏👏

The information about gassing the fruit was informative - I have noticed over the past several years that the taste of produce is lousy compared with how it use to be.

I’m with you on this. I don’t trust grocery stores anymore. So much fake, unhealthy food. I like farmers markets and buying directly from farmers. I do still shop at grocery stores but have become very selective and I’m reading labels.

Good for you!! And Thank You for sharing this sound nutritional information with your community! I feel extremely fortunate to live in Western Massachusetts where healthy eating is more the norm than other parts of the country. At age 71, I’ve been eating healthy organic foods for decades. I have a garden, I shop numerous local farm stands and we have a farmers market every Saturday in my town. Another resource for me is my local cooperative food market. Only foods locally sourced are sold there. I think you’re doing a great service to your community by sharing this video!! Thank you!!❤

I used to buy fresh eggs and grass fed milk from a farm. The lady that ran it died and her brother took over. He started buying cheap eggs from the store and selling them as fresh, he also started feeding the cows roasted soy beans. I started getting sick and that was my clue. He had another sister that still lived on the farm and we talked to her and that's what she told us he was doing. As a result, I have major trust issues when it comes to people who say they sell organic and grass fed

Have you heard of APEEL? Bill G is behind it so that should tell you a lot. I heard Publix announced they won’t carry any produce that’s been sprayed with APEEL. Maybe your strawberry wasn’t sprayed with APEEL but it’s still very concerning whatever was used. Thank you for sharing your local growers finds! I’m in central FL and I’ll check them out!

Just wanted to share a bright spot in my day with you, Kimberly to thank you for so faithfully sharing all your discoveries with us. I have been employing your Skincare made easy wisdom for about a month now and have felt pleased with results so far. Although I don't receive much feedback. Today I had some time to fill while out running errands so I stopped in to a local restaurant for breakfast. There seemed to be a team of waitresses waiting on me and when the one who was to take my order came over, she looked at me and said "Oh you look so pretty." I thanked her and spent the rest of the day so pleased and uplifted thinking of this beautiful, fresh faced young girl noticing me and complimenting me. Thank you for all the wisdom. I am having a ball on my journey. Next up for me is Penny Kelly's parasite cleanse as soon as the last bottle of the 3 part kit arrives! I am tackling the 4 cleanses in a determined effort to free myself from arthritis pain. I am 72 years old (Don't tell my Dr. who says she'd put me at 50) Love, love, love your channel and your zest for life and generosity in sharing. All the best to you.

I also don't trust grocery stores, and no we are not crazy, but for those of us who are financially challenged, sometimes we are without a choice. I grow what I can grow in the small space that have. I also cook and bake what I can from scratch. This takes time I'm learning. I eat meat very seldom and am dairy free. I also can get eggs from a friend ($1.75 @doz) I no longer go out to eat either. Maybe I am crazy, but when it comes to my food, I really don't trust anyone anymore. Sad,....

Great Video Kimberly. I live in a small town, the closest Trader Joe’s etc are 2 hrs away. I’ve always eaten high protein, low fat diet, but like you i have been trying to go ALL CLEAN, Organic, we do have a small Farmers Market a few times a week, so this has really helped me as when I go, I now will know what questions to ask. I bought “ Organic” bananas a couple weeks ago at Walmart and it was obvious to me that they weren’t Organic. I needed up throwing two away. Clean, fruit is what I’m searching for. If I have to drive 2 hrs to get Clean Fruit etc, I will for sure be doing that as I refuse to purchase produce of any kind at our grocery stores. Thank you so much as this was very helpful for me.

I live in Nebraska, and I hope I can find some good resources here. The really big bummer is, we can't grow warm weather fruits, like citrus, mangoes or bananas. I love my bananas, but I'm not buying any more from the grocery store here. I have had some very weird bananas lately, and I just can't spend my hard earned money on them. I hope I can find some way to get tropical fruits here, too, somehow. I am already looking up the local farmers to see what I can find. I want to learn how to can so I can have fresh stuff in the harsh winter months. Wish me luck! Thank you so much for making this video! You look just gorgeous and so healthy. I get a lot of my stuff from the farmers market. Off season we have a store here called Natural Grocers that are pretty picky about their food. This means you might not get everything. It depends on what’s in season. The produce doesn’t look stellar either. Because it’s not full of additives and pesticides. I also want to mention too. Wild Alaska Company. Not sure of where they ship but these are fisherman located in Alaska. You get fish that is straight off the boat, wild caught and I think they are great.
Some farmers at the farmers markets deliver or you can coordinate with them off season. And I agree, be careful of what they are growing how they are sourced.

Kimberly, I want to thank you so very much for this absolutely fabulous, and informative video ! 🥰 I agree with you 100%. It is truly tragic, and criminal, that our population is having to spend an exorbitant amount of their hard earned money on groceries, and cannot trust that their food will be fresh, and not modified, and poisoned in some fashion.
As you so accurately stated, even "Organic" no longer means clean, and free from all pesticides, hormones, etc...
I truly Love the practice of buying from, and supporting our local farmers, and food producers. We really do need to return to "The Good Old Days", and advocate for a much Healthier, and Happier life style. ♥️♥️♥️

The fruit that you buy is. It sprayed at all? How do they keep the bugs from eating their fruit ? Just curious.

I'm moving away from the supermarket too. I'm baking my own bread and I hope to start making my own yogurt soon too. I wish we could get good organic produce here in the UK. I find that it's not that easy to find what I want and when I do it's horrendously expensive. In the US, people seem to be able to find so much more that's organic in terms of fruit and vegetables.

I really appreciated this video. FYI, there is no such thing as grass finished dairy. If it is "grass finished" then the cow has been harvested and you can't get dairy from a harvested cow.

I totally agree with your way of eating...It is good to see others who are health conscious.
I grow an acre better than organic garden with no pesticides or herbicides...This year we have had swarms of grasshoppers that choose to eat everything in sight. So I put up hoops with bug netting and any grasshoppers that happen to get into them I throw into a bucket of soapy water...I have noticed that we also, now, have had an influx of the predators of grasshoppers which are Preying Mantis's and birds...It is amazing how God's Creation takes care of the imbalances...
I found another idea that may help you with your search for amazing fruit. On Prepper Princess's channel she shows you how to forage for the freshest, ripest fruit in parks, camp grounds and other places where no people even seem to visit...She is in CA but I am sure that in FL you would have the same opportunities... She never pays for fruit and gets blackberries, mulberries, plums, cherries, oranges, lemons, apricots, grapes and the list goes on and on... I hope this helps...

I'm in Southern California. So we have great farmers markets, I think we need to be aware that eating like this is a privilege, I'm paying 4.25 a pound for organic Stone fruit which has gone up since last year. Last year, it was 3.75lb i'm happy to pay that but a lot of people can't afford to eat that way.

This happens to fruit when you flood it with water just before harvest to make it prettier. It’s done to oranges and lots of fruit. Our food is manipulated through the whole growing process.

Love, love love your hair! I agree that most food is toxic..I buy organic and have had similar frankenfruit/frankenfood experiences. I live in the desert SW and farmers markets are sparse and most not very good.

There have been reports of fruit like bananas that don’t break when bent, has an Odor. Blueberries squishy like or rubbery.. I grow most of everything we eat. I purchase grass fed beef that local. Grocery stores are a little scary for me. I mean when there is no flavor in a watermelon, that’s a problem… I really enjoyed this video. Organic is not truly organic in any store.

Hello Kimberly. Thank you for the wonderful videos you bring forth. I totally agree with you about grocery store "organically grown." It's so frightening to think how we are being fooled by the very people we trust. I often wonder who is monitoring the organically grown items we're eating. Buying organic often means double the price and although sometimes the products taste and seem good, sometimes I cannot tell the difference and I find myself wondering what process are the manufactures using to say organic and who's monitoring this. Obesity, heart disease and diabetes are running rampant in this country. Much of the land that used to grow the delicious fruits and vegetables have been sold to investors, many of them from other countries, who do not have the American diet at their best interest. It seems as though it's a slow poisoning. The problem is not everyone can grow their own fruits and vegetables. So we need to have a reliable source to go to who truly grows real food.
