My favorite compliment ever was from my son. I was looking at him realizing he was a very handsome man at his 40+ years causing me to think about my age and appearance. I asked him “do you think I look old enough to be your mother?” He put his hands on my shoulders, from his 6ft height, looking down at me so sweet, kind, and warm and said “I hope so” because that’s exactly who he wanted me to be. You are 100% right! I’m 56, look probably 60 but feel 35. I would never get any plastic surgery for one simple reason-my granddaughter. I’m on a mission to show her she can grow older without fear. I want her to know what an older womens face REALLY looks like and know that you can have a wrinkled uneven skin tone and still be beautiful and polished. If every older woman get plastic surgery, what message are we giving to our young generation? Being altered permanently is not being your true self and you just wind up looking like everyone else. I totally agree with your statement. I am 61 and an over the road truck driver. I only found Kimberly’s channel a few months ago but decided right away that I was going to make some changes. I immediately started taking care of my skin. Being in a truck it has been challenging but I have been consistent and am starting to see a difference. I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish as I travel down the road towards healthier skin.
@@karrilola6337 and having worked in show biz, I often saw celebrities up close looking like clowns, they have so much make up on and fake this and that. I once saw Ava Gardner up close, she had very little makeup if any at all, was covered in wrinkles, but still very beautiful. This obsession with wrinkles is unhealthy and the whole anti aging thing. Young girls are already worrying and spending lots of money trying to put off the inevitable, when they are all so lovely as they are.

Kimberly, first, you look fantastic. I know women who had facelifts. At first their skin looks tighter, but the results don’t last. Some have more surgery and look distorted. Even with a lift, people still look their age overall. I don’t see the point. My mom told me to embrace my age…don’t fight it and enjoy life to the fullest. I really appreciate your anti-aging skin care tips. They are a healthy, natural way to age gracefully and keep us looking our best. You are beautiful inside and out!

Kimberly you are beautiful, I love that you are honest and real! I'm 58 and my granddaughter informed me I was to young for wrinkles, she is 12. So off we went to all the different stores in search of product. The lady who kindly helped us told my granddaughter "You have a pretty Mom" my granddaughter said "Oh she is my Nana, her skin needs help" I started laughing after battling cancer she has my best interest at heart and I love her. After going under the knife for cancer, I have no desire to ever go under the knife again unless it's an emergency!
I must say I had work done last year. My insurance paid for it because my heavy brow and lids were restricting my vision. I kept my brows lifted constantly which resulted in headaches. I’m so happy with having it done; the world is “brighter”, I see better and it definitely improved my appearance.
@@Randy-s6g I think that’s a necessity more vanity. Your vision is important. I had a tummy tuck after loosing 120 lbs from weight loss surgery. I had lifted weights for 10 years and it was not the results I wanted so I did that. I’m glad I did. But I don’t think I would have a facelift either.

I didn't believe skin care would make any difference until I saw Angie aka Hot and Flashy's results. She never used sunscreen or skincare products until she turned 50. I copied most of what she did and saw good results. The key is consistency whether it's diet, exercise or skincare. Surgery is for instant results if you have the cash.

I’m 70, started to follow you during the pandemic. Yes, makeup tips, skin care, diet, food etc but you also shared your tragedy shortly prior to the first picture. I suffered a devastating tragedy in February. I applaud the “taking care of the entire self”. I can’t look at pictures from 8 months ago. But thru grief share, counselor etc: I look so much better now. I have a ways to go. But you’ve inspired me to remember to take care of our entire selves. It shows on the outside. No scalpels required, just soul searching work toward the joy you mention.
I’m 70 and proud to say I have not had any peels or facelifts (just a little Botox for my “11” lines). No tools except my Amazon red light therapy. Most people are surprised to hear my age. I would like to know the information that you have discovered to put in yor body to be healthier? I have read things and there is sooo much , I don’t know what is real and what isn’t. What I do swear by for my skin and hair is Vital Proteins Collagen Peptide Powder - unflavored in my morning coffee. Plus the red light therapy with several serums and moisturizers that I rotate.
Four years ago, I began my skincare journey (age 62) in part because of you. You recommended a red light for anti-aging. I still use it every night. You’re forever young. You absolutely sparkle.

I had a plantar's wart removed by laser surgery and it was without doubt THE MOST PAINFUL procedure I've ever had. So glad to hear about the dessicated baby beef liver because I don't want to go through that again. We age if we're lucky. We age with grace if we're happy. I'm going to do what I need to do to avoid doctors unless absolutely necessary. Surgery is solution for some, but I don't think it's a solution for me, even though I'm starting to sag a bit at age 67. I've discovered that drinking enough fresh, clean water is the single best thing to do for my skin's appearance. Love your Channel!
Kimberly, you are so correct. Real food, meaning food grown without pesticides, unprocessed, & grass fed/ finished beef, should be all we're eating. And eliminate all seed oils. Unfortunately, grocery stores are filled with processed items that aren't even edible nutritious food. I've eaten organic since 1971. I believe it makes a tremendous difference in our health. I'm a big admirer of your videos.

I don’t like my jowls. I don’t like the puffy under my eyes. However, my skin is good. I enjoy skincare and makeup and get tons of compliments on my beautiful gray hair. I don’t turn heads the way I did when I was younger, I’m 70. Our society really does value youth and beauty above other attributes. Like you, my focus is health and wellness. Omgosh Kimberly! This is the SAME topic my husband and I talked about last night. And especially our healthcare system...don't get me started.... When I was healing after my spinal surgery over 20 years ago, the Drs laughed at me when I denied all their long list of medications and wanting to get healthier with nutrition & supplements. I stopped instantly trusting many if them at that moment. I love seeing how amazing the skin & body can change just from skincare and lifestyle. Anywho, you're absolutely beautiful just the way you are and so glad you don't let silly comments get to you. I always get a good giggle at those types of comments who accuse me of a facelift 😂💗

My son once had a large wart on his knee that did not respond to treatment. The Dr. was telling us tgat ut was going to require surgery to get all rhe tenacles and such. My grandmother told me to try a dampened uncoated asprin and duck tape every night. It worked and never came back!!!

Totally agree on using skincare consistently. Especially retin A, Vit C and of course sunscreen. Biggest change for me was the retin A. I don’t agree that you can change structure with skincare. That is surgery. I know women who are very successful, full of joy, no issue with self esteem who felt that the outside did not match the inside. I say do what makes YOU happy in regards to this topic. Also I am 67. I use devices daily at home as well and I wish they would mimic a facelift but that’s just not going to happen.

I'm 65 and I do what I can to take care of my skin, body and health. I'll never go under the knife. I'm 65!! Not 30! This is what a 65 year old face looks like. I'm at the point where I just don't care what people think anymore. Love your channel.
Kimberly, first, you look fantastic. I know women who had facelifts. At first their skin looks tighter, but the results don’t last. Some have more surgery and look distorted. Even with a lift, people still look their age overall. I don’t see the point. My mom told me to embrace my age…don’t fight it and enjoy life to the fullest. I really appreciate your anti-aging skin care tips. They are a healthy, natural way to age gracefully and keep us looking our best. You are beautiful inside and out!

I totally agree with you, Kimberly! I am soon to be 76 and am not trying to look young. I just want to look the best I can for my age. I am proud of my age and because I have eaten healthy and exercised daily, I feel as good as any 50 year old.
Kimberly you are beautiful, I love that you are honest and real! I'm 58 and my granddaughter informed me I was to young for wrinkles, she is 12. So off we went to all the different stores in search of product. The lady who kindly helped us told my granddaughter "You have a pretty Mom" my granddaughter said "Oh she is my Nana, her skin needs help" I started laughing after battling cancer she has my best interest at heart and I love her. After going under the knife for cancer, I have no desire to ever go under the knife again unless it's an emergency!
I must say I had work done last year. My insurance paid for it because my heavy brow and lids were restricting my vision. I kept my brows lifted constantly which resulted in headaches. I’m so happy with having it done; the world is “brighter”, I see better and it definitely improved my appearance.
I have to have that same surgery for the same reason. I'm a little nervous about it... How was the recovery for you? Love and blessings ♥️🙏
@@Randy-s6g I think that’s a necessity more vanity. Your vision is important. I had a tummy tuck after loosing 120 lbs from weight loss surgery. I had lifted weights for 10 years and it was not the results I wanted so I did that. I’m glad I did. But I don’t think I would have a facelift either.
I didn’t find it painful at all. The bruising lasted longer than I would’ve wanted. I followed drs instructions completely. Good luck!

I didn't believe skin care would make any difference until I saw Angie aka Hot and Flashy's results. She never used sunscreen or skincare products until she turned 50. I copied most of what she did and saw good results. The key is consistency whether it's diet, exercise or skincare. Surgery is for instant results if you have the cash.

I’m 70, started to follow you during the pandemic. Yes, makeup tips, skin care, diet, food etc but you also shared your tragedy shortly prior to the first picture. I suffered a devastating tragedy in February. I applaud the “taking care of the entire self”. I can’t look at pictures from 8 months ago. But thru grief share, counselor etc: I look so much better now. I have a ways to go. But you’ve inspired me to remember to take care of our entire selves. It shows on the outside. No scalpels required, just soul searching work toward the joy you mention.
I’m 70 and proud to say I have not had any peels or facelifts (just a little Botox for my “11” lines). No tools except my Amazon red light therapy. Most people are surprised to hear my age. I’m glad to hear you are continuing on your path to do things natural. To be honest I would have been disappointed. I’ve purchased a lot of makeup and skincare from your recommendations. @@Sirvivhor328 Yes of course. The one I purchased is by VICONOR Red Light Therapy. It’s a panel and is 16x9x3. It has a stand but I usually hold it up to my face. I also use it on my neck and chest. I don’t wear the goggles it comes with. I just keep my eyes closed because it helps my aging eyes. Let me know if you have other questions.

I would like to know the information that you have discovered to put in yor body to be healthier? I have read things and there is sooo much , I don’t know what is real and what isn’t. @@jackiebergey181 I do take a lot of supplements. Mainly D3 K2 zinc magnesium glycerinate potassium omega 3 and others. What I do swear by for my skin and hair is Vital Proteins Collagen Peptide Powder - unflavored in my morning coffee. Plus the red light therapy with several serums and moisturizers that I rotate.

I had a plantar's wart removed by laser surgery and it was without doubt THE MOST PAINFUL procedure I've ever had. So glad to hear about the dessicated baby beef liver because I don't want to go through that again. We age if we're lucky. We age with grace if we're happy. I'm going to do what I need to do to avoid doctors unless absolutely necessary. Surgery is solution for some, but I don't think it's a solution for me, even though I'm starting to sag a bit at age 67. I've discovered that drinking enough fresh, clean water is the single best thing to do for my skin's appearance. Love your Channel!

Kimberly, you are so correct. Real food, meaning food grown without pesticides, unprocessed, & grass fed/ finished beef, should be all we're eating. And eliminate all seed oils. Unfortunately, grocery stores are filled with processed items that aren't even edible nutritious food. I've eaten organic since 1971. I believe it makes a tremendous difference in our health. I'm a big admirer of your videos.

I don’t like my jowls. I don’t like the puffy under my eyes. However, my skin is good. I enjoy skincare and makeup and get tons of compliments on my beautiful gray hair.
I don’t turn heads the way I did when I was younger, I’m 70. Our society really does value youth and beauty above other attributes. Like you, my focus is health and wellness. You can’t buy self esteem.

Omgosh Kimberly! This is the SAME topic my husband and I talked about last night. And especially our healthcare system...don't get me started.... When I was healing after my spinal surgery over 20 years ago, the Drs laughed at me when I denied all their long list of medications and wanting to get healthier with nutrition & supplements. I stopped instantly trusting many if them at that moment. I love seeing how amazing the skin & body can change just from skincare and lifestyle. Anywho, you're absolutely beautiful just the way you are and so glad you don't let silly comments get to you. I always get a good giggle at those types of comments who accuse me of a facelift 😂💗
I started my own journey for the last 2yrs and I am experiencing the exact same stuff you did. By treating the inside of my body first and that is what allowed all the outside stuff to work.

I have come to realize in my 73 years, that the most beautiful face has a smile on it. I guess that comes down to attitude. If we are a happy, positive, loving person, our beauty will shine through because it comes from the heart. Thank you for your commitment to be a happy person by taking care of yourself (mentally and physically), keeping a sense of humor, and not letting jealous people dictate your life. Besides, "beauty IS in the eye of the beholder" and my husband thinks and tells me I'm beautiful all the time, and that brings a smile to my face. I have thought of lower neck surgery but people, movie stars, singers with millions of dollars look horrible, all of them look butchered. My son once had a large wart on his knee that did not respond to treatment. The Dr. was telling us tgat ut was going to require surgery to get all rhe tenacles and such. My grandmother told me to try a dampened uncoated asprin and duck tape every night. It worked and never came back!!!

I think everything you said is spot on! I’m about the same age as you and I happen to work in the beauty industry as an aesthetician. It’s not easy. Focusing on health & what’s really important as you mentioned is where it’s at. I think you look amazing. It’s sad that so many people are just so shallow!

Totally agree on using skincare consistently. Especially retin A, Vit C and of course sunscreen. Biggest change for me was the retin A. I don’t agree that you can change structure with skincare. That is surgery. I know women who are very successful, full of joy, no issue with self esteem who felt that the outside did not match the inside. I say do what makes YOU happy in regards to this topic. Also I am 67. I use devices daily at home as well and I wish they would mimic a facelift but that’s just not going to happen.
