I started going to the gym at 62. I had a personal trainer for about 2 years whilst working and caring for my mum who had cancer. The health benefits were great but also good for my mental health as my mum's illness became really bad but it helped me get through this time. I'm now retired and still do weights on 4 mornings per week. I too wish I had started when I was younger. Loved this video.

Your work has taken 20 years off of you. I love the tan look too. Thank you for all you do for us! You are spot on! Your arms look awesome! Mine look horrible. I was an exercise freak in my 30s. I know how hard it is to build muscle. I don't have muscle that builds easy. You are doing a great job.

Hi Kimberley. At our age, the best thing I did for my neck was a lower face lift , where the plastic surgeon cuts and tightens the neck tightens the "jewels" and also do liposuction under the chin. Yes, you are out of commission for 6 weeks (as we are still swollen) and a little pricey but my gosh so worth it. We deserve the best as we mature and for me this lower face lift was it! We will continue to age but ..... Cheers

You are very inspiring Kimberly. I’m 65 and have been on a very similar journey as you have shared with us. The last piece I need to implement is lifting again… getting back into my gym. You have inspired me to push forward now with my lifting for whole body strength, balance and well being. Thank you for being my friend and inspiring me to move forward💜👏🙏🏻

Kimberly, you're looking wonderful. It's so simple, but diet and exercise is everything! And especially so as we age. I'm 65 and have eaten organic and unprocessed since 14. I can't tell you how many compliments I receive on my skin. When your skin is clear, you really don't need much makeup. I look far better without foundation & just use eye makeup & lipstick.

Hi Kimberly, I’m 65 and started on my fitness journey about three months ago. I started going to gym as well. I lift weights three days and the other days I switch it up with barre, Tabata and yoga. I’ve also changed my way of eating with mostly good protein and a lot of vegetables. Staying away from those bad carbs and seed oils.

K, I’m an ophthalmologist you most definitely should not be using those eye drops with your contacts inside your eyes - unless you have dry eyes we don’t recommend any usage of eye drops as there is a correlation between the use of same and cataracts. Be sure to apply a high dosage sunscreen to your face and body after applying the retinol body lotion

I heard today that there's a real problem with eye drops, as they turned out to not to be sterile. It was on NPR this morning. One should speak to their pharmacist, before buying over the counter eye drops. Very bad infections are happening because of that product.

I found IF helped me lose thirty 2 years ago. I did find my arms although fit, have muscle, etc. the skin doesn't bounce back. It's firm but not "cut" like my 40's. ; ) I wish I kept up harder too in 50's. I'm 64. My spine went into osteopenia so now I hit back hard and bought weighted vest for walks (but not when very hot) You look great, keep up the good work

Kimberly: Looking absolutely gorgeous! I knew you were going to say nutrition and exercise as #1. :) Absolutely agree with that. Retired from the Navy (but still working). From 20's to 40's (sluffed off in my 50's and getting back to it again): weight lifting, tennis and power walking between 4 to 8 miles a day were my absolute favorites (some days I did all 3). Super fit. 59 this year and I've had 9 years of not doing much. I started back at beginning of this year. Once upon a time, I pumped out 90 push-ups (not the, on your knees version) in 2 minutes (PT test: they time them), now, I can only do about 5. But I'm working on it (not trying for 90 in 2 minutes but more than 5. LOL). Anyway: Push-ups and pull-ups are my FAVORITES. Compound muscle training: get triceps, biceps, back, shoulders (lot of core also involved in push-up).

I love the Mito and got the panel instead of a mask for the same reasons you did. I wanted to be able to use it for other health issues. While I haven't been able to get into a routine for my neck and face, I've seen huge success in other areas. A few months ago I had so much pain in my jaw I couldn't chew and ended up at the dentist. He explained that there was a muscle in the jaw that was injured. He told me it would just take time for it to relax and heal. I used my Mito red light for just 2 consecutive nights and the pain was gone and hasn't returned! I also stand with the light directed at my kidneys because of prior surgery there. Don't know if it helps but after reading a book on red light therapy it seemed like a good idea.

I was a runner and weight lifter before that. Thanks for being a point of motivation! Im going to look into joining the gum where my daughter goes. I did start my skin care about 6 years ago and I was puffier from being on steroids. When pictures come up on my memories, i can definitely see that my face looks different and people say im aging backwards but i need to get in shape, too. Even if its just weights. Kimberly - I have been micro needling with Dr Pen at .5 for 2 1/2 years. First, every 2 weeks and now, once per month. The change in my face skin has been remarkable, but it really hasn’t changed my neck. It’s the sag on the neck that nothing will fix except surgery. I tried the Nebulyft, but really felt it was a waste of time. Looking to sell mine. Like you, I don’t want surgery, so I’m learning to live with my saggy neck. You look fantastic, by the way. Honestly, you look great with less makeup.

I can see the improvement in your body composition, you are doing all the right things. I am a fitness trainer in California, I've been doing it for thirty years, here's the real deal. In your fifties and up, it is easier to MAINTAIN muscle mass than it is to ATTAIN muscle mass. Everything you are saying about how hard it is to BEGIN versus how it has gotten easier now is very true, starting is the most challenging, consistency is a big part of success, believe it does get easier and for many enjoyable! In terms of the neck, LASER LASER LASER!

I think you are 100% right about giving your fitness routine a year. At least. I went from 160 to 130 by working out & cutting calories over 6 months, then stalled. I added protein & cut carbs for 2 months & nothing. Then BOOM. Over the next 3 months I lost 10 more pounds. It's not easy. I'm in my 50's.

I got a pull-up bar on Amazon for little money and had it put up in my bedroom doorway. Originally to just hang and stretch my back to avoid so many chiropractor visits. A side effect was my arms, shoulders, upper chest and back look great, as good or better from weights alone, which I still do. I hang and do knee ups for abs and get better results than crunches. My hands are weak so I bought wrist hooks which let me hang for a bit longer. So a pull up bar might be a good place for a newbie to start. Otherwise I fear people will get overwhelmed.

You are such an inspiration to me. Love your videos. Starting at the age of 67 it has taken me a year to lose 10 pounds. I eat healthy but include some snacks as well. I'm so glad I was able to break my potato chip habit but I still love anything chocolate. I've been going to the gym an average of three times a week but I'm only using the treadmill for 30 minutes each time. Currently that's all I can make time for but I've started to do some light arm exercises at home. The next thing I need to work on is my neck. Nothing crazy, just small improvements will make me happy. This video is great to help encourage me to stay on track. Thank you and please keep your wonderful videos coming!

I just started using a red light unit 3 days ago. I will try it 6 months before a check in. I just went to a 35 yr class reunion. None of us are the same size we were in our youth, but I'm not exaggerating, 80% of the women and men I went to school with are NOW obese. Not chubby or a few sizes up, but obese. Seriously not a judgment just a fact & what else could it be but processed food & lack of movement? The US as a nation is overweight. We didn't have this problems in my grandparents or even my parents younger days. You look great!!!

Thank you so much for your amazing information! I am 64, and while I have always somewhat taken care of my skin, I am much more serious about it after watching you or 6+ months. I had no idea these products existed!

Wow great video and what a pretty pink top. Your skin looks soooo good. Its really a combination of all of the items. No plastic surgery for me either, I am 57 and need to get lifting weights, so concerned about aging the right way and need the body toning. Thank you and I purchase the radioactive wonder device....that's what I am calling it. Can't wait to see results in 90 days.

I apologize if you covered this and I missed it (I had a few interruptions). Do you drink coffee and/or alcohol? From what I've read about inflammatory foods, they can be culprits. Also do you drink a lot of water with your protein shake? I have read that high protein foods can be hard on the kidneys without it. I don't know if that's true or not.
Thanks for another great video with helpful ideas.

Kimberly, what a great video, thank you! You gave me a lot to think about and consider changing in my life. I do have a quick questions about the chia pudding. Do you just use coconut milk that is refrigerated or in the can? I’m genuinely unfamiliar with coconut milk and which to use. Thank you 💕

Another great video! Please show us more of what you eat in a day. I definitely need to restructure my diet. I know that I don't eat what I should, but you give us motivation to do better. Also, what is your exercise routine? You have inspired me to lift heavier weights in my workouts. You look fantastic. I need you to be here to coach me throughout the day to work towards looking better and YOUNGER! I go to the gym twice a week to a class called "Live Fit." In class tomorrow, I think I might tell my trainer that I want to up my weights. I haven't increased weights in months. Thank you so much for such an encouraging video.
