    Literally this video came in the right timing when I really need it! And actually I opened UA-cam for mistake and just when I decided to close off I saw the video cover and turned in. My worries all resolved by such a destined “mistake “! Life is so beautiful and great love & thanks to this so beautiful, tender and insightful prof !❤

    Anxiety loves to fight and struggle. I learned that from the mindfulness book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. The key is to give it space to be, to obserive it without judgement or shame.
