    The right way to do it, only that some garlic should be crushed into juice in the marinated mix. And most important, add corn starch mix AFTER you have added all the marinated already, just so the corn starch can wrap aound the ribs, so the juice stay inside while firing.

    At 4:53 you say "Don't turn down or off the heat as you remove the ribs." Why not? The ribs are now finished, right. Why do we need to keep the oil hot? Thank you, they look delicious.

    • @spicenpans
      @spicenpans  3 роки тому

      Hihi. Because when you turn off the flame, some of the oil will be absorbed by the ribs and then your ribs won’t be nice. Use this method whenever you deep fry anything. Do not turn off the fire until the last bit of the food is out of the pan. Happy cooking!

    I don’t understand what you mean by prime rib. In the states we have top back ribs, belly spare ribs and country style ribs from around shoulder. All need low and slow cooking that take hours to get them tender enough to eat, So I’m amazed how tender they seem to be when you ate them. I’d love to try this recipe but afraid your word for prime rib is dif from ours. And how tender really are yours?

      Oh dear. That sounds terrible. We don't let our cat out of the house or into the yard because we're so worried that he will be knocked down by cars or get tortured by nasty humans. We always keep him at home. The collar is a precaution in case he sneaks out then the person who picked him up will know who to contact. We would be devastated if we lose him. We love him too much.
