Maggi brand sells a bottled sweet garlic sauce. It’s delicious. I’m sure it would make a great dipping sauce for this pork recipe. I love chopped leaf or romaine lettuce cubed boiled potatoes, chopped green onions and oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as a cold salad to accompany any pork dish. Or thinly sliced cucumbers, onions, drizzle of water and drizzle of vinegar with salt pepper and sugar. So Delish. I’d make a nice veggie fried rice to go with the pork with any and all veggies you love.

Check after this first ten and turn at the same time. Then you can have an idea of how much longer they need....usually a second ten minutes or just a little longer. I tried something similar to this with thin slice Chicken and that worked well. I imagine it will be the same with thin sliced Pork. I hope this helps.
