Get some additional percentage on your tracker and use the DStv decoder to check if there's a signal. It have to work. So keep trying it the right way.

First check the cable at back of the decoder and go to the installation wizard to check the settings. Follow the steps in a video to help you out. And after checking your installation settings and you are still not having enough signal, check your satellite dish.
