hi my decoder has no signal, i have switch it off an on but nothing now i cannot even get through to the main menu to upgrade how can get i get to the main menu because the only it shows is dish installation
99%of the time the fault is not in their side they will test it and will say it is your istallation wasting time there DSTV should pay for the installer we pay a lot a month and lately there are a lot of crap on DSTV 😠

Hi it is the horizontal or vertical signal input it will probably be the dish alignment skew of the lnb or the lnb itself hope it helps Dave

You need to get hold of an Installer it could be many things too many to list

You need to contact an installer to come and re-allign your dish appropriately.
