Hi how did you get to the Installation Wizard screen? Someone left my screen there trying to check if it's not signal and now it can't go back to normal dstv screen. It seems the cable is faulty and must be fixed. But now my challenge is going back to normal screen to watch Playlist.

First check the cable at the back of the decoder, make sure it's well fixed. If there's no signal, Get someone to check the satellite dish.
