    Thank you Rashmi, I am a doctor and often show your yoga to patients and have very good feedback. I am very happy that you came out with the breathing technics I believe lots of people will benefit from it.
    There is one thing what I think would be extremely useful if you could do a kind of chair yoga session for people who are not mobile wheelchair bound or just restricted mobility due to certain problems as back or knee pain.
    Once again thank you very much, your yoga is genuine and not too difficult to perform and have definite health benefits. Congratulations!

      Thank you for writing in and for all your kind words. There are couple of chairs yoga videos but they are mostly for people that are office goers or lead a very sedentary lifestyle. Glad these videos are making a difference. Will write your suggestions on my to do list and put out a video soon. :)

      @@YogalatesWithRashmi yes I mean chair yoga is very helpful for people who are recovering from illness or disabled. Without being able to do some guided activity to move circulation the chances to get better are slimmer.

    Thank you so much. I’m so grateful I’ve been guided here and that I am at this place in my life. You are 100% correct that we don’t realize how important breathing is until we have a health issue and how important it is to keep ourselves in balance. I’m an intuitive heart healer which is an emotional healer and not only am I grateful for this information to help me clear the emotions I’ve stored in my body over the years but also how now I’m more able to deeply help my clients. I also have such deep love and compassion for my younger self as no one was there to teach her how to handle and process- as in get out of her body- all her intense emotions. Feeling very pleased, grateful and lots of peace, fulfillment and love - and I haven’t even watched the video yet :)

      Like by count of 4 inhale hold 8 sec and exhale with count of 10

    have you read the new books on Breath and science of respiration. Suggest 3 books> BREATH by Nestor, THE BREATHINGN CURE by McKewon and Oxygen Advantage by McKewon. I humbly suggest that yoga/pranayama teachers at least study these books to see how it could help.

    Ma'am when we do full yogic breath which is inhale deeply and completely and then exhale with taking two pauses so that first release the clavicular and then thoracic and finally abdomen...is that right way to exhale or just exhale smoothly without any pauses down to the abdomen and also I want to ask you that , when I do this like inhale deeply and completely and exhaling with two pauses for very short time, I feel more relaxed and when I just inhale and exhale deeply it makes me dizzy so, can I exhale with two pauses in completed yogic breathing ? Please guide me.

      Hello. Thank you so much. :)
      When you do the full yogic breath it is easiest to control the movement of your abdomen compared to keeping your abdomen inflated while exhaling. I look at it as, if you have to remove air from an inflated balloon, think of which part would you press more, for me it would definitely be the part that is most inflated. The abdomen naturally tends to push in first while exhaling. Try it and tell me what you feel. :)

    Thanks Rashmi, I hav a Qn in the second way 3:21 time, when expanding ribcage inhaling my abdomen going inside(contrasting). Is that right way of doing? I want to know when expanding only ribcage how the abdomen goes/works. Please advise.

If i search all of your videos ( so many) it’s confusing what exactly and how to start and proceed from now every day with breath, yoga, full body exercise- which ones to pick and start and proceed

      You need to destress and what is in your genes you cannot change. There is no yogasana to reduce hairfall. Just good diet and lifestyle.
