30 Minute Yoga Class - Fun Twisting Flow

This is a 30 minute all levels friendly (and maybe a little on the challenging side) fun, twisting flow. There's a part in this flow where the camera falls over because of the wind, so there are about 30 seconds where you can't see us flowing, but can still hear me teaching. I almost didn't post this but believe that yoga is all about breathing through the ups and downs of life, so here it is.
This class is taught by Helen Cloots and filmed Waipuilani Park in Kihei, Maui Hawaii.
