“Se me salió lo de salvaje” translates better to “my wild side came out”. Although salvaje does mean savage it doesn’t have the same connotations in Spanish as it does in English which is why “wild” would be more appropriate.

I don't get why Lele Pons gets away with calling herself a POC, and others to her as well. Just because you're from a Spanish-speaking country doesn't mean you're non-white. Don't get me wrong here, people from these countries (and obviously many other backgrounds) still face discrimination in America due to xenophobia, bigotry, etc.
However, I think it's actually important to point out that spanish-speaking people can be white because some are considered as such in their own countries. Remember that Lele pons would be considered white where she comes from (Venezuela), and while this does show how stupid racism is, it doesn't change the fact that she benefits and has benefited from being white both in America and in Venezuela. White people exist in every Latin American country, obviously because, like America, they were colonized by Europeans.
I just think it's worth bringing up because it bugs me that Lele Pons claims this struggle that she clearly has never had and will never have in her life, when many, many actual people of color experience infinitely more marginalization and struggle in their lives. Also, I don't mean to say, if Lele Pons has experienced discrimination in the past, that that's not valid, I just mean to say that she clearly enjoys much more privileges both because of her class AND because of her race, despite what she might claim.
