this 2-in-1 style building is perfect for Silent Hill-style campaigns. _the party sees an inconspicuous chapel, later when the sun sets(or other trigger), the chapel is now disturbingly different!_
While you're inside, talking to the old cleric, the bell starts to ring, seemingly on its own. A vicious wind blows on the candles, and as the light flickers, you notice that the chapel seems different, warped somehow... you turn to the priest and he is... OH NO!
Hi, YOU are the winner!both are amazing!!! you are talented, very nice work and thanks for sharing and tips, very pleasant to look at your art. Respect from France :)
I found your page while scrolling through black magic craft and I have to say, I've been really impressed and shocked that you don't have more subscribers. Keep up the good work my man👍
Hi! That is strange, not having the bell marked does not mean we are not receiving your videos. We have the "Home", "Trending" and "Subscriptions" tab, the last one always gets updated in real time with all the channels we are subscribed to. I've been using it since the beginning of UA-cam itself and it never really failed me. If I check the bell icon it has always just showed a mark saying someone updated a new video, but if I'm subscribed to hundreds of channels everything just gets lost there. I have never understood this issue everybody seems to talk about. People just need to make the Subscriptions tab the one you access when you click on the UA-cam bookmark on your browser. That always sounded so strange... I really LOVE your channel, by the way! Thank you so much for sharing!!! =)
Hey bud! Good stuff, good source for the plans as well. I made sure to buy a few things using your links, because my studio needed a few replacement items :D Cheers!
@@scottthebrewer5737 Hey Scott, the base building wouldn't be bad at all, but the main archway and bell tower would be challenging. You could definitely modify that part of the build tho and make it your own design. It doesn't need to be as intricate.
Beautiful work, man. Good job editting, great use of the rotating display & nice multiple camera angles. Kudos for providing all the appropriate links too. I'll certainly need to up my own game, in terms of crafting vids, just to keep up. Good work
The only thing I would add to this is to finish the inside, then create a little tray to hold the interchangable statues and bell tower topper inside for storage purposes when not being actively used in game. Just a thought.
Just stumbled on your channel, amazing job, liked & subscribed! You have some cool stuff here man, going to binge watch tonight :)...btw, the bell has been hit ;)
For me the sinister one was favorite. But I really like them both. As an idea.. you might make the windows changeable so you don't have to put different diodes in it. istead just a window in another color. But.. to be honest.. I don't even know if that would be easier or not
Something id love to do when i can ever actually do this. I want to make Door/windows or maybe the whole front wall to change to an Angry Face of a House Mimic kind of like from the movie Monster House :3 i want to make lots of mimics interchangeable parts :3
Sinister all the way. Though I would add some spike "fencing" around the roof for it. But that's me, it just looks a little too plain for me for a sinister chapel. Other then that they both look great.
I had originally planned on adding more detail to the peak, but spikes would have made it look more sinister, that would have been an issue for the holy transformation.
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT make them removable. Use a strip of foam that's just a bit thicker then the roof ones and use magnets, one on each end and one in the center and have that spot have a pedestal like thing to hold the magnetic. Something like that should work, then you can have both from the same building and just add a few more parts when needed or taken away.
If I'm gonna nitpick a little bit, but on the build rather than the video, I find it pretty rare for stone chapels to have the bell tower sticking out from the middle of the building. It seems to be a thing with wooden churches and larger basilicas and cathedrals that have a cross shaped flooplan, but usually the belltower is either at the front or in the back. You don't have to be realistic, but these types of details can really help sell the more fantastical aspects. The stone walls also seem a bit uniformly dark (to the point of being a bit jarring in the "holy" version. Maybe a gradient from the ground to the top, and/or a few whiter stones to mix it up could make it more visually pleasing, but again, small nitpick.
Hate to say this since I love Jeremy and BMC has been such an inspiration... but man, you have the BEST builds. PS: where do you find those smaller magnets?

@@stephaniehenderson746 Hi Stephanie, for some reason the supplier of these magnets can't keep a consistent description. These are the correct magnets I used in the video. The Amazon description says one thing, but the picture shows it's true dimensions 6x3mm.

I think its a bit of the same, I think we're both right. I had to dig into this and here's the definition I found of Verdigris: a bright bluish-green encrustation or patina formed on copper or brass by atmospheric oxidation, consisting of basic copper carbonate.
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT well that's how the words are commonly used afaict. in any case my point was about the paints. worth checking out, and u won't find them if u look for patina.
