I've been doing your workouts for 4 years and sort of pick and choose depending on my mood. This is the first time I've followed the challenge and I absolutely love it! It's challenging without being dangerous for my 71 year old body. I love the extended warm up and cool down. I can definitely feel the soreness in my muscles, but it's not pain. Love, love love your content!
As a 48 yr old in pre-menopause the focus on weights with bursts of hiit are helping me tremendously. The hours of running and jumping around just don’t work for me like in my 20’s and 30’s. HR is the bomb. My favorite YT trainer. ⚡️💪🏻🔥Thank you Heather 💛
So true. Yes. I love my cardio, hiit, tabata which i do daily HR has 10 mins which is perfect but weights & a sprinkling of cardio is the winner for me too.
Heather, you are a true master of sequencing! My mind was telling me I wouldn't be able to make it through today. All muscles were sore. I kept telling myself, "Just this next one, only 45 seconds." Somehow, I did it all, little by little. Loved the changes from standing to lying poses. This helped me regain energy for the next exercise. Huge thank you!
If we're doing the age thing, I'm in my 60s, been working out for decades and LOVE Heather's training style. Ladies, as we age, weight training REALLY helps our bone density. It's SO important. Thanks for another great workout, Heather!!!!!!!!!!! My body is looking forward to rest day tomorrow.

I used to follow your trainings religiously until I became ill 6 months ago. I'm now in recovery and super pleased to say that I was able to do 18 mins of this training today without stopping! Feeling good Heather. Definitely stepped up my weights. My 8lbs feel light in different workouts, my 10lbs are still my go to. Heavy is 15 and my lightest are 5lbs for Flys. Proud that I've come this far. Been working out with you for 5 years now but my fitness journey is 6 years. Thank you so much. Even on those hard day. Just get up and do little by little. It will give you motivation to keep going. 💪🏼 Thank you. 😊

Hi Heather i just want you to know that this is my MOST favorite HR12weeks out of all the 5. It has simpler moves, easy to follow, and 2 rounds of each set is less daunting. The modified moves are helpful as well. Best of all it is up to us how hard we want to push with the weights. I am most excited to finish this 12 wks with everybody here. ❤
I can relate to the ladies in the menopause years. I too am 62, there and overweight. Have tried everything under the sun to lose it from meeting with a nutritionist, joining a medical weight loss program and intermittent fasting and still cannot lose. So frustrating. I am so grateful to Heather for her sessions. I started with the beginners and have graduated to 5.0. So many talk about the other obvious symptoms, but no one ever talks about the weight gain during this time and how to get rid of it. I hope Heather has the answers we are looking for. I am very much looking forward to seeing if this will work for me. I realize it won't happen overnight but even if I lose a little at a time, seeing some results motivates me to keep going. Day 3 complete! This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with a UA-cam workout plan. I believe it’s because while these workouts are challenging, they are doable. I have full control throughout and I literally feel myself getting stronger. I can’t wait to see what 12 weeks of this program will do! Thanks Heather ❤️

I loved this Metcon workout! I did 4 weeks of HR 4.0 then jumped over to this series. I was shocked when I comfortably did a curtsy lunge today. The first time I did one a few weeks ago I felt so unaware of my body. Today I had confidence and strength.

I challenged myself and did each circuit 3 times! It’s crazy how tough the first round was then I became better and i ended on fire (physically and mentally) Thank you Heather you’re AWESOME ! I love this program so far ❤

I had to lower from 15lb to 10lb in some, and those knee ones are s-l-o-w in the making for me, however I had a lipoma removed from my back Christmas eve and still a bit tender so taking care not to open any stitches (in my 60's I am not as quick to heal as when my hormones were still around)😅 Thank you for providing these free workouts, you make it possible for everyone to gain freedom from the chains that bind! ❤

One of my favorite things about the yearly 12 week programs is the extra information we get with regard to moves, weights, low impact options, etc. Then we get to practice what we've been taught for the rest of the year. ❤ 👍

I'm not stranger to her workouts. I've done them for several years now and always look forward to a new series of HR workouts at the beginning of the year. I have to say that this workout was BRUTAL. I don't feel like my upper body has recovered from day 2 yet and it was a challenge to finish this workout. I had to push pause between so many sets. At one point I even asked myself if I was getting sick since it was so difficult to complete this workout. 😂 😬
In recent months I had not been able to complete an hour of routine. I feel without energy since my recent menopause process. Today I am happy to have completed your routine. Thank you 🥰

Perfect. I used such a variety of weights. the combos were a bomb. My heart rate was up. My brain was working. All my muscles were used. i added 10 min HR cardio. Woohoo. Thank you HR

This was my Birthday gift to myself today. Wake up exercise with Heather and go to work! 2025 is the year of DISCIPLINE. I am loving the 5.0 more and more. I'm not stranger to her workouts. I've done them for several years now and always look forward to a new series of HR workouts at the beginning of the year. I have to say that this workout was BRUTAL. I don't feel like my upper body has recovered from day 2 yet and it was a challenge to finish this workout. I had to push pause between so many sets. At one point I even asked myself if I was getting sick since it was so difficult to complete this workout. 😂 😬
this was so much fun omggg! after two days of inactivity due to sickness, this is exactly what my body craves! bless you always heather!

Perfect. I used such a variety of weights. the combos were a bomb. My heart rate was up. My brain was working. All my muscles were used. i added 10 min HR cardio. Woohoo. Thank you HR
