      Week 1 was fantastic! My body is definitely feeling it! Today will be a much needed mobility day, but I am looking forward to this one tomorrow! Thank you for this program, and all of your other programs! I’ve completed all of the previous 12-week programs, as well as all of your other programs too! I’ve loved them ALL 🙌🏼🙌🏼

      If I was an employer interviewing, the fact that a potential employee had enough self-discipline to stick with the program and was interested in improving their health would be a plus. See if you can work it into any interview!

    Lower body STRENGTH is so important and I admit that I neglected to focus on this area in my previous/gym life. The intricate leg and glute exercises have introduced me to muscles I didn't know that I had.😄🥰.I am so happy that I found you (*somehow). Thank you, as always!🌹🌹

    As others have said, those sumo pulses really got me at the end there! 🥵🌶 I've done 2.0-this program in real time and most of 1.0. I always do Wk 12 of 1.0 after finishing the other programs and it always kicks my arse (I think least so after 3.0, but still). Thanks for offering these programs to us Heather - we are very lucky and thankful!

Since discovering, you, I have never gone back to the gym and that is saying a lot. I was an avid gym goer doing all type of classes and weights , since my 20s am now 60. Looks like I'm a convert.     W2 D1 today✔️ Those sumo squat pulses had my legs burning and shaking! I’ve done random workouts of yours but never followed through on a whole program. You posting the workouts like this is definitely helping and keeping me motivated. I get excited to log on and see what’s in store for the day!     Today’s workout was a classic strength training session, and it was absolutely great! However, if you want to push yourself and lift your maximum weights, it’s a good idea to take longer breaks between the supersets. This gives you enough time to recover your strength and handle the heavier weights safely. Of course, everyone can adjust their rest periods as needed. Personally, I took about 5-7 minutes longer for the workout today to focus on lifting heavier. Thank you, Heather - it was truly amazing!

    Now that's how you start the week off right! Wow!! Loved this one! I like doing leg day on Monday when I'm rested up after a day or 2 off- I can really go hard and heavy ;) I've done several of your 12 week programs and I loved them all, although so far this is my favorite.     I absolutely loved this! Supersets workouts are my favourite, they just go by so fast. I don't know about you guys but I prefer to do 5 supersets three times over than do a circuit of 5 or 10 exercises twice. This format gives me a "misson complete" dopamine kick every 5 minutes while longer circuits seem to drag on and on. I also loved the 1/2 reps, they keep me really focused on form. Thank you so much!

    started at and with 2.0, found and completed 1.0 and have since done all 12week challenges at least twice. Alternating (week on, week off) between 12w-30 min and 4.0 (doing low impact alternatives) was a amazing while injured, just enough mental space to keep pushing through without dropping or doing further damage. Love these programs!

    I finished the 3.0 in December, my first 12 week program. I loved it! So far I am loving the mix of strength Pilates and cardio for that first week of 5.0. As boring as the 3 sets can get, I feel like it really gets those specific muscle groups a lot better than 2 sets. I also like getting that done early in the week and then rounding out the week with some cardio metcon and Pilates. Thanks heather!

    Day 6 is complete! Great lower body workout. It makes a big difference when your movements and slower and controlled. Definitely hitting the target areas.

    I’ve completed all 12 week programs. Started with 1 and now on 5. 2 and 4 have been my favorite and have completed all of them more than once. I am loving 5.0!!

    Loving the 5.0! I've done 2.0, 3.0, and did 4.0 twice because I loved it so much!
