@@hhhhtt9222 I’m a trained athletes and doing this workout minimum of twice a week is more than enough for a strong core
@@NasOnDattno it is not you should also do some power exercises like med ball slams and some more planks along with these kind of follow along like this one

Hey soheil I am 13 years old and I cant complete this workout can you make a plan for me to improve my core strength on the field
just do this but go a bit lighter im the same age as you and it took me a bit to progress but i started slow and worked my way up. for example if u have to do a 30 second plank and u can complete it than jus do 15 seconds
