I just picked this item up today. I'm thinking it may be a faulty model... No matter how loose I make the 2 knobs on the arm, both segments still point upward. I can push them down with some force, but then they pop right back up. Am I doing something wrong, or does it sound like I may have gotten a dud and need to return?
