A no repeat HIIT workout which means yip we have 15 totally different hiit exercises to work through
Everybody loves a no repeat as they feel like they fly by and this will be no different
All you will need is a little space, your body and just 15 minutes. Perfect for anytime of the day to get an in and out quick blast
Sweat flowing, body working and calories burning. PERFECT!
