Back in the early 90s friends and I rode the Oregon coast, . We had sun, rain putting our feet in bread bags to try and keep them dry, riding hard in the morning so we could seen time on the beach, its had been over thirty years now your ride brings back so many memories Thank you
Just wanted to say your "Cycling Across ___" 4K Film series is the absolute highlight of my day for the past weeks after a long day of study/work. Immaculate vibes, incredible shots and just a type of energy that always manages to generate a smile and makes me forget about my problems for a bit. Thank you so much for these and please keep em coming! If you're ever making one of these in Germany I'll be sure to pull up
OK so this is obviously a re-edit or re-package of a trip from a few years ago but I think it's ace. I never saw it the first time round and I really like the long format so I can watch as little or as much as I want at a time. Great file, great team, makes me want to ride my bike more.
Fantabulous! Great camera-ing and bantering :) That brought back so many memories of family hols driving through Europes as a kidy, more please and thank you!
What a trip guys. So cool. It was good you did the flats in UK and the Low Countries. I think that lets you build the muscle mass for the climbs into the beginning of the Alps.
I'm just binge watching your adventures and enjoying it. I already saw Australia, Vietnam and USA but I wish you would post the routes you took, Komoot or Strava or something. Anyway, it looks like you guys had fun besides the hard work, Thumbs up and big kudos to all of you
Just as an FYI. While the drinking water in Europe is regulated, I still wouldnt recommend drinking out of random faucets. The ones next to Churches etc. are usually used for watering plants. I know funny-tummy is an inescapable companion on bike packing trips, but I wouldnt test my stomach further with that water. Great video tho and I cant wait for the next one! Truly inspirational
Great film as always. Thanks for the entertainment! For a trip like this would you recommend booking accommodation ahead of time or can you be more flexible? I’ve got a trip down the west coast of France planned and wondering if I need to book each night ahead. Hope you made it back safe and sound
I love these videos, but if there’s one criticism I have it’s that everyone’s too flippin’ cool. No representation for us uncool people. Where is the dork at the back that’s what I want to know?
Every time I watch one of these, I just want to get my bike out and ride, awesome vid many thanks
This series was peak Francis Cade
Agreed. Seems like so long ago
Going down hill since sadly
Yeah not really a fan of 55min podcasts… just want content like this. Sad oh well. Also miss Chris sponsored by Cervelo… oh well
@@_PhinneyWood_ one doesn't have to negate the other, I personally enjoy the podcasts as well as these videos
@@lucioledizerot196 that’s fair I was in a salty mood when I wrote this haha
Ben: "I've pulled my leg" - also Ben: skateboarding on the top tube a few minutes later

This literally was one of the most entertaining videos I’ve seen in a long time! Thanks for that!
Feel Chris and Ben have to be one of the, if not the best combos to have on a ride. Cheers!
Any plans for more of these trips? Definitely my favorite content from you!!! 🙏🙏

The bloke with the black Focus doesn‘t know how to lean a bike properly.
ben's upper body is all over the place when cycling... poor form
But he's out there having fun and you're here commenting, so ....
French drivers are crazy! For me the worst country to cycle in Europe.
