All of these films are great, this one is pretty special. The “push” and subsequent speech from Cam are real lessons in living authentically, truly inspiring stuff. Thanks for putting these out again.
Fellas I love the inspiration and the love of simply riding your bike. At 62 I ride every day and watching these vids make me ride even more. Keep doing it guys way down here in Oz. Loved the Cats guernersy too.
I remember, when I was a jr racing in the states, when Davis hit that car with his face. That left a major impression on me. These are such great films in a day when everyone seems to think they have to be a certain persona, you all have made it real and ok to just simply enjoy the ride. Bravo.
I love this so much. I genuinely wish more bikers around me would adopt this attitude. Anytime I’ve done a race the people were great but my specific town for some reason, it’s like they’re an elitist click. More about having all the most expensive gear if you know what I mean.
Yep, I'm growing so tired of it tbh. Tubeless this, aero that, integrated, electronic shifting, yadda, yadda. Everytime the group talk devolves into minute gear talk as if we were pros I'm asking myself, didn't I start this hobby to save money?
I like Taylor a lot, but the quote "to ride bikes in a different way from Chris Froome winning the Tour de France" pretty much describes every bike rider in the world.
Sorry y'all got hassled by a cop that doesn't know the law. You've got the legal right to the full lane. Some cops think you have to ride right of the white line or as far to the right as they think is practicable regardless of road conditions. There are some places that have laws that say you have to pull to the side if there are more than 5 cars behind you.
the dude talking about having to act for media and sponsors needs to realize theres no way around that. as long as youre alive and can observe things its impossible not to have an ego and personality. youre always being watched even when your alone youre watching yourself. during an interview you can say fuck it and think about the most unexpected thing to do and say but thats also an act because it came from the past, the mind, the observer and an opinion. so once you realize this and accpet life is a big play and were all actors the best way to go about it, is make it a comedy, not tragedy or death. this is why great comedians usually come from the darkest worlds, nothing to do but laugh at the biggest joke that were all apart of. and i dont mean to always joke around and do dumb things, more like use the rules for youre benefit, try to have fun with it, fear less, dont take everything so serious cuz we're all going to die, and accept the bs.
Never stop making these Thereabouts docs - they are simply wonderful.
Love these kind of videos, they really exemplify what the joy of riding a bike feels like!
Thanks for uploading this! Still my favorite of the Thereabouts films for Cam’s and Taylor’s antics and for showing off Colorado

Big love from Myles and Simone who came to Sweden! 🚴♀️🚴♀️🏁🏁
So wonderful to hear from Davis Phinney. Just a total legend. I went to CU Boulder and went into his shop (Morgul Bismark) quite a bit.
I was searching for this exact video couple Weeks ago and couldnt find it. Thanks for the re-Upload!

Dude literally defined the law the way he thinks it should be by the sounds of it.
Love you guys but for the sake of the kiddos watching put a lid on will you 🙏🏻
There is always one. And you are that one.
🫠
Against the law to ride a bike?
That's US for ya
But you are allowed to wear a gun and drive a F 150. What a strange society.
Nice, thanks... i first tought it is a new movie. bit of a bummer... but still a great film! 😊
Brilliant program made unwatchable by UA-cam ads!
You guys are mega! That’s all.
