- This is a 35 minute vinyasa flow practice. Part 2 of the Refresh & Restore series of classes. A rejuvenating practice including feel good lunges, light twists and forward folds with the intention of restoring range of motion in the hips and shoulders.
For practice, you may wish to have a blanket.

Heartfelt thanks indeed for this lesson again, & that moment of clare et distincte when the vertebrae facilitating the twist of the backbone emerged into awareness fully, -the first third of your lessons contains very very valuable insights for your students (I'm one of those to come late to such knowledge...)! Same happened long ago during HalfForwardBend (standing), which taught so clearly it felt embarrassing not to have come round to it earlier, & today, the twisting motion is so very mich easier when led by my breath, as you don't tire to tell us.., it felt as if my reach-around got an extra hand's width...Astonishing, what a good teacher can enable in herhis students!❤️🙏🏻

@@TwoBirdsYoga A week of effort nearly too high, to be honest, doesn't seem to ease off ever lately. My environment (city, the folks living here) is rather toxic, alas I cannot seem to be able to change that nor my reaction to it. Well, that's life for many, I reckon. Yoga-mat is a place I can come back home to myself, for example, there are these lightening bracktes in time. Actually, at the moment I'm digging around on your channel for "twisty" lessons, to see whether Incan repeat what finally dawned upon me..!
This was absolutely beautiful, Fiona. I loved the angled down dogs and the wavery-but-finally-stable balancing sequence. Also loved the twisting sequence with the straightened leg.
So great you loved the sequence x the lunge /dog feels like such a deep stretch for my body and balancing always a work in progress. I can always Re shoot my wobbles :-) thank you ❤️🙏

wow!! that wide legged fold to cow face transition was genius!! at first i was a little confused, but once you know where you're going its really a beautiful transition, im taking that with me to my dance practice! :) loved this practice, it flew by, hope you make a longer video in this series as well :)
